Uber India has launched a 24×7 safety helpline in India to get in touch with Uber’s response team in English and Hindi immediately during the ride. This is in addition to the in-app SOS button already available in the safety toolkit. This will allow riders to connect to law enforcement authorities in case of an emergency.
The new safety line will provide riders with the option to get in touch with Uber’s safety team should they have an urgent, non-emergency issue, during a trip such as reporting a co-passenger’s misbehavior, a dispute with a driver or a break-down, while on a trip.
Uber Team will be available 24×7.

How this works

The safety helpline number is available under the safety toolkit banner hosted within the Uber app. To reach the safety tool kit, riders can tap the shield icon.

  1. I have been cheated by uber rickshaw driver on 1st June, 2022. I took rickshaw from Mala to Thane which costed me 358 Rs. I paid to him n he told me there was some system problem I will receive msg later but I didn’t receive any. Today on 2nd June, 2022 i took rickshaw from Thane to mala the balance was showing 740 Rs. Earlier bill was not paid that record was show.
    If urber is not reverting back on my complaint i will be force to take action since I have all details.

  3. I have just used Uber cab from West enclave pitampura to Shalimar Bagh. My bill shown over my phone was 156/- while driver showed it 185/- in his phone for which I gave him 500/- rupees note. I was waiting for balance and driver took approx 02 minutes and started arguing that I have given him 100/- rupees note. I keep big note at last and small notes in front while I had 03 notes of 500/-. I thought may be I have given 100 rupees note. I took that note back and given him another 500/- rupees note and strated to unload my luggage. Again the driver took time and again argued that I have given him 100 rupees note. It was frustrating. The driver seemed a bit drunk also.
    Kindly remove such kind of people which can do any blunder for a small amount of money. I am regular customer of Uber lite and my history could be checked that I had never ever had any such or other kind of argued incidents in past.

Earlier I thought that uber app is best and cheapest for cabs and daily going people but I was wrong the riders’s navigation and the driver’s navigation didn’t match sometimes the I got to know that I am being costed more than what I have booked because the driver takes a long root in greed of more money .
    Sometimes I have booked a driver he is dropping someone then he neither recives my call and answer my messages nor he decline my ride due to WHICH I REACH LATE MANY TIMES AT MY DROPOFF LOCATION.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  19. I booked one uber cab for Subhash Nagar. I received a call from drivermr. Manpreet Singh, vehicle no. DL 1Z B 9818 asking me the destination, he told me over mobile he do’nt go if the place is not of his choice. He sent me a message “kaha

    Does Uber permmit such Nawab Drivers on its roll. If, so it is very disgusting. Why uber does not report such incidents to transport authority or police or file FIR against drivers.

Due to above I booked auto to reach my home. Uber claim Rs. 45.85 as cancellation charges. It is highly objectionable. Due to riders negligence uber punish me.     I booked a cab from gurgaon toll to singhu border toll. The ride was confirmed & received a call from driver confirming that he is coming to pick me up.. After some time I got a message that driver has cancelled the trip make a fresh booking… While booking again i was asked to pay Rs. 60 as cancellation charges..

  68. Booked a ride from Anand Vihar East Delhi to Sector 9 Rohini Delhi.
    The first driver canceled the ride after enquiring from the destination and despite saying OK.
    The second driver didn’t respond for 10 minutes and repeated attempts to contact him over phone took over 15 minutes to reach him but he too didn’t move for another 10 minutes. And after 10 minutes I got a message that the Driver canceled the trip. Too my surprise Uber not only let the Driver scot free but had charged me for the cancellation.
    The whole episode not only wasted my precious time of 50 minutes, but was penalized by way of charging me the cancellation fee and let it’s drive scot free giving him another opportunity to harass someone else

Am unsatisfied with your drivers services whenever i booked any ride they always wanted to know where you have to go, if suppose they dont want to go there they cancelled the ride without any my permission it happen to yesterday also on 9th april 2021, kindly check my 2nd last ride that driver called and ask me the same question then i ask him are you coming, he said not coming and disconnected the call and cancel the ride, then again i have to wait for the 2nd driver for almost 15 minutes.

He was asking for Rs.120 extra as the toll paid by him. I denied saying that i will only pay what UBER is showing. Later when the cab left , I noticed that the app is showing that i hv pending amount against this trip (Rs. 305). It also shows that the driver reported the fare paid incomplete
    This is an utter disappointment for me as i paid the full fare. I can’t book another cab unless i pay this pending amount as shown by the app.
    I am helpless but to use another service.

    And Drivers always gives statement of there choices. I have been told that can’t switch on AC as it is stopped and I am traveling in UBER continuously from 3days rest all were switching ON but this cab drivers I don’t know he said diesel ka bhav bhi bad gaya and all. What do I have to do with that I am paying full amount which uber is showing. So why this difference in between.This is my last drive with UBER I am uninstalling this app.

  115. I booked a Uber cab at the Delhi Airprt on 24th January 2021. I was connected to a Driver. The Driver asked my destination. I said Sukhdev Vihar. He said I have left the Airport . CANCEL me and book another Cab. I did that and I was charged Rs. for Cancellation in the next ride.
    Yesterday, 23rd March, I booked a cab at 6pm. I was connected to the Driver. It was a waiting time of 10 minutes. I waited. The Driver asked for my destination. I did not reply. After 8 minutes, I was connected to another driver, again the waiting time was 10 minutes. The second driver asked for my destination. I did not reply. After full 10 minutes I am connected to a 3rd Driver. Again my waiting time was 10 minutes. I had to waste, 25 minutes of my precious time. I cancelled the 3rd cab. I traveled by an Auto.

Once a driver took another rout so I was charged almost double fair, when I have complained through the app, I got the refund in the next ride, but again in the next ride I had to pay extra amount as fair which was refunded earlier. again I complained, again the same process. In a way Uber is fooling us in the name of refunds, they charge the refunds in next rides.
    I have tried to contact the customer care unit, but no number given on the websites are working, not even the emails.

The drivers kept on cancelling the rides even after reaching the premises just because they were asked to get their cab till the emergency gate. They kept on juggling the ride from on driver to other despite the fact that it was mentioned on call that we have a patient with us. Wonderful to hear how uber India is at the SERVICE OF PEOPLE and how much concerned are you of your riders. One driver was extremely rude and canceled the ride only at 2 mins of waiting.

    I am shocked that without exchanged my ride pin driver started my trip, when the trip get started I was standing at the Arrival gate between pillar number 4 and 5 of T3 IGI Airport Delhi, and my driver told me that stay there I will come to pick you and suddenly the trip starts, and then again I asked driver he said in airport it starts without pin, he said wait 5 mins I will sanitize my car and will come, and dear recevier if you need to verify you can calculate the trip start and trip end time, the total time between pick up i.e., IGI T3 Airport Delhi to destination i.e., Sector 78, Noida, should be mimum 50 mins, but that trip got ended in 10-15mins only, how is it possible? Kindly look into this matter this is very serious, and more over it comes under fraud category.

I have opted ptm option but fair amount is not being deducted from ptm account but regularly drivers are telling we got amount from ptm.Yesterday it showed insufficient balance for ride there is Rs 1054 balance in my account. I paid Rs500 to ptm It allowed me to ride.That 500 is not credited to ptm account and fair is also not debited to ptm. I wonder what has happened to ptm account. However, when I reached destination. it showed bill of 1166.00 & the trip shown was totally different than actual. I was forced to pay 1166.00 in cash when distance covered was only 13 kms. Waited till 1:25 but I found the auto going 2.5 kms away from my location. So I reached my destination by another mode of transport. I didn’t cancel my call since I would be charged for no reason. But around 3 O clock while I was on my way back to my destination another auto from uber had been calling me for the one of booked at 1pm. As I couldn’t attend they had charged me ₹10 unnecessarily.   230. On 25.2.2021 I rode uber twice WB19H8032 at 10.40 am driver santosh. His car was unclean moreover it is hot in Kolkata and his Air conditioning machine was not working. I paid Rs.250 from Tollygunjeto alipore police court.
    In the afternoon I rode WB23E1487 at 1.51 p.m. driver avijit. Inspite of requesting he did not switch on the a.c and he said since Uber is taking 33% of the money and the cab fare is not increased by the company. He will not put the a.c. on.
    But both the drivers didnt feel ashamed to take huge amount as fares.
    I would like to have a circular from Uber if they have allowed the drivers to run their cars without a.c.
    Can i cancel the trip if I am forced to ride a non ac Cab inspite of paying for comfort cars.
    The trips were disgusting.

We waited for this trip from approx 1hour even had a talk with driver when he was approaching to us, he enquired about fare but nothing said clearly about any types of fair micrepancies but after a long time when he came he refused to go to respective destination due to less fair and bla bla.. when we told him that whatever fair shown is shown by uber and not by us and we are waiting for so long then he responded in very harsh way which was below belt line.     I just traveled- 37 km aprox. However, in the bill its showing 120 km traveled in 40 min. Which is impossible.

    This is to inform that I had a very bad experience by booking Uber Car. I had booked at 5.20 AM to get dropped to Airport. I got the Car booked and showing as 18 Minutes, 12 Kms away. It is ridiculous to connect so far. Then we cannot talk to the Driver. If I call the Driver 044-35279188 number, it shows as Number does not exist. We cannot talk to the Driver at all. Earlier the driver mobile number used to come, now it will not come at all.
    At 5.50 AM, I was lucky to talk to Driver, but he could not reach my destination. It might have changed automatically. This is the second time it is happening like this. I was forced to cancel the trip for which Rs.80/- was charged. With no fault of mine, it has been charged.
    Then again when I booked at 6.00 AM, it was showing as 12 minutes to reach.
    We cannot it talk to the Driver.

    Luckily I had done other arrangements and some how reached the Airport under tension.

    This is one of the worst experience, I had in Uber Service. Please let me know who is the responsible person to speak and convey my problems faced and steps taken to rectify

    I’m Kunal Mallick, using this forum to report one horrible experience One of your drivers had cheated me by charging me extra. It was 15 th January when my old uncle took a ride from Bangalore Airport when he was visiting my home. Though my uncle booked the cab fromvhis mobile App I paid the due amount from my Google Pay Application. Then again the driver came back to my home and said there were some more amount he forgot to collect which he paid for the toll. He also said he didn’t receive the payment which I paid through Google Pay. I informed him that it is processing and he should receive that once completed. Then he insisted to pay that by cash. My mistake was being a gentleman I agreed for that and told him that if the transaction does not fail but goes through he will have to refund or pay back either in Google Pay or Phonepe, and he agreed. Now that amount is already credied from my account and till today your driver is not refunding my amount. His phone number is 9741757611 and his name is Madan. I repeat I paid the amount but my uncle took the ride. If someone can call me or email me also it will be great. This was a pathetic experience.

  296. Hello .. I am taking this forum to report an issue which repeatedly keeps happening. I booked a cab in the morning for Office. The driver immediately messaged me asking me the drop location and he cancelled the trip. This is highly an unexpected behaviour. It happens all the times . This behaviour is not appreciated at all. How can you afford to be late for your work ?? Then it took time to book another cab . It was really embarrassing. The driver’s name is Umesh and the cab details are MH12NB1732. Please look into this matter seriously and take some stringent action against the driver so that this never happens.

On 10th November at 00:52 AM, I booked an Uber CAB at Delhi International Airport Terminal 03 for going to my home address – Jeewan Nagar, New Delhi, Pin Code 110014 which is only of 22 km and fare was pre decided of Rs.429/- but after dropping by my Cab driver, he showed me that i have to pay Rs.1489/-

    That is by mistake with the system as it is showing 89.99km and the trip completed in 36 minutes and vehicle average speed was 60km/hour.

    Under the above scenario it is not possible to travel 89.99km in 36 minutes. I attached the maps and cab driver phone screenshot please see it.

    I was not having any other option rather than to pay him the amount which is Rs.1060/- extra as it was at 02:00 AM in night.

    Its really disgusting uber goes worst day by day. Yesterday night at 12:45 i book cab and total payable amout was rs 73.60 and when i reached at my point driver take 2000rs note from me and after that he update end my trip.
    I ask for remaining amount he said i don’t have change i ask to drive to wait for 5 minutes i will come with change of rs 2000 but he didn’t listen and was very unprofessional and rude at late night he abuse me and left from there with my 2000 rs note this is totally disgusting i never expected this from your side.
    Now let me know the resolution asap otherwise i will put all this in social media and will esclate with higher authority.

At Mumbai airport you advertise that a ride on uber from the airport to the Gateway in Colaba costs only Rs 450. When I took it on October 30, my bill came to Rs 586. And the driver said that if I had taken the sea link it would have come to more. How come?
    Then, on Nov. 2, I tried to get one of your cabs for a guest from my Bombay residence to the international airport. The cab could not find my place for almost half an hour, despite my cell saying that it would arrive in five minutes, so my guest was compelled to take a regular cab. Your cab eventually turned up at my place and the cab driver said very rudely that I would now have to pay extra for my next uber ride. Sure enough, when I tried to get another uber I was told on my cell phone that I would have to pay Rs 47.25 extra. What is going on?

He wanted to overtake all the vehicles on Road even at a place like Service Road near Metro work. If no side is given then some how after overtaking he brings his vehicle speedily in front of other vehicles. This may cause accidents.     i booked uber cab today (6 sep 2017) at 11:05 AM IST from narayan singh circle to Saini colony, Ram nagar, Sodala. Driver name was Sarjeet, his contact no is +91 9116324699.
    I call him to know when he will reach at my destination as i was in hurry to reach my office, he was not picking my call whenever i call him he cut the call. i tried him 8-10 time with different different time interval but he did not pick my call and cut my call every time. i tried with my other phone no but same result, did not pick my call. i wait for him from 11:05 AM to 11:30 AM and his location was just 3-4 minutes away from me as i saw in UBER app. Finally i decided to cancel the trip because i had to reach my office. As i cancel the trip Cancel charge message appeared on the screen. I cancelled that trip and booked new ride but after completing the trip cancelled fare was added in my current trip which was 52.50 INR.
    i need my money back and wants some strict action against the driver.

I am saying him to आप but he replied तुम, it was very awkward to say like that.   337. When I booked Uber before leaving my home today, it was showing can on 6 minutes distance. I reached my pick up point in 2 minutes and app was showing the cab at 15 minutes distance! Moreover, the cab was not even moving from it’s location as I could see on my mobile. I tried to call the driver but he did not attend the call. In 2 minutes other ride was made available but even with the second ride I had similar issue except the car driver attended my call. I requested him to cancel the ride since even he was not available in the time as was shown on mobile app. I was completely drenched in rain and was desperate to get the cab. Third ride was made available but was again available in 12 minutes time. I cancelled it. I don’t know whether I would be charged for cancelling the trips, app is not showing any cancellation charges. How to contact uber helpdesk or give complaint for redressal?

    Today ( 25.7.17) also traveled paid 308.75. when we send the msg it is only automated msg coming it is dynamic fare. But no one to answer how the dynamic fare is calculated or how they charged 472/ . even the driver on that day told this is high charge asked to lodge complaint. It seems uber is having only machine and not human touch. when I send the complaint to greivance mail id grievanceofficer_india@uber.com the reply came they can not accept msg. then why they have given in web site.
    I think they are cheating the customers. If they continue like this they will have to close the show.

  348. I am incorrectly charged 52.50 rs for my trip that never started with Angad.
    The driver did not come for pick up and he had started the trip even before arriving.
    I had cancelled that trip and the fare was generated.I had then booked another cab with Shripad who took extra rupees of 52.50 over and above trip amount 116.34/-
    Also I would like to bring to your notice that Uber driver Shripad was extremely unprofessional and rude and he took extra 52.50 rs over and above the trip.
    When I said I will talk to customer care and will fix the additional charge 52.50 rs with them he followed me to my company and misbehaved.
    I waited for half an hour to connect with customer care but none of them helped me in this regard.
    This is a extremely sorry state of operations.

  350. As it is mentioned that the “need help” option in Uber App is the easiest way to get help from customer care. However this is not the case, they don’t even bother to reply or send you automated messages. The most useless place to make any complain and the email id mentioned above for Delhi is not supportive as it is always a delivery failure. There is no way you can access them and put forward your complain. I have a duplicate charge in the month of April 2017 and it has been 3 months to it that the same has not been processed. Even after sending all the relevant details, bank statements and what not; Uber customer support do not bother to revert back.
    The most shameless and loathsome experience with Uber Customer Care !!!

  351. Yesterday ( 26 June 2017 ) I booked a ride from Chandi Ghosh Road, Kudghat to my home. This was confirmed and the driver Arun was shown as being on the way. After some time, the Car was not showing any movement and suddenly it showed Cancelled. Shockingly, I was charged a Cancellation fee of Rs 60.00. Thankfully, this charge was later waived by Uber. But, this action of Driver was most surprising and shocking.
    My purpose of this Post is to point out, that inspite of many attempts, I cannot establish any contact with the Driver or with Uber. I can only respond, if and when the Driver speaks on phone and then I can also phone him.
    There seems to be some error, in the system, causing me unable to contact the Driver, after receiving Booking confirmation.And this causes lot of confusion and cancellation..
    Kindly check the situation and make my app. duly activated to enable me make Calls as and when necessary.

    I had a ride yesterday night (around 11:30 pm) with Uber. The experience was very bad and just thought to share with you.
    I booked the cab at around 11:30. It showed me a 10 minute wait. The driver didn’t call. His details are as under:
    Name: Azam
    Cell no: 9050451953
    Car no: HR registration ending with 0392 (i didn’t take down the number)
    When I called him, he asked me where I wanted to go. When I told him that it’s Noida, he flatly said that he will not go to Noida. He asked me to CANCEL the trip and book again.
    When I told him that I am not going to CANCEL the trip, he spoke rudely and disconnected the call. After few seconds I got a fresh message on my Uber app with a rescheduled car (Sheetla, UP16ET2540). I completed the journey with this car.
    This mess caused a waiting of over 30 minutes in middle of night with my family (2 children included) on the road.
    It’s very poor on Uber’s reputation that divers like Azam are employed who are RUDE and take selective rides.
    Pl share what action Uber takes against such errant drivers and how a customer is compensated for this inconvenience?

  355. There is an issue with your fare calculations on the IT Expressway OMR Road in Chennai. The one way toll charge is only Rs.25, whereas in all the rides that I take the toll is calculated at Rs.50. I’m suffering heavily because of this. I’ve raised many complaints but the issue is not getting resolved. You have to rectify the system issue. We cannot be forced to pay Rs.5 for toll when the actual toll collected by the Government is only Rs.25. This is completely unethical practice by Uber. Please refer my trips history in recent past and you will understand my issue. If you want to test your system please enter the following pick up point and destination: Pick up – L&T Eden Park, Siruseri Drop – RMZ Millennia Business Park, Perungudi Now the toll charg on this route is only Rs.25, whereas you’re system calculates this as Rs.50. This is not fair. This is extra money for you and your driver, by charging us extra. I understand that there may be no intention for uber to do this, however, this is happening unintentionally due to your system issue. The logic for calculating the toll charge needs to be corrected as soon as possible, otherwise regular customers like us will suffer.

    • I had the same experience, the driver first asked my drop location took a pause (Maybe he was thinking a good reason to refuse the pickup) and said he was waiting for 5 minutes and could not wait any longer and drop the call, Alas!! I was getting late for the work and how is he saying that he was waiting for me while I hadn’t got any notification of his arrival at my location, I was the one waiting for him and even I was the one who called him to ask where he was?
      Such a pathetic experience.

    you don’t have any customer support numbers and your customers are suffering to the worst. most of the cab drivers are indisciplined, witty, uncultured and don’t know how to behave with ladies. most of the time when trips are planned either you apply surge with no reason or once booked your drivers cancel the trip at the last moment, leaving us in chaos in last minute changes. again I faced problem when I booked a cab on Wednesday i.e 07/06/17 evening 17:50 p.m from sec 65 Noida to vaishali, which was cancelled by driver at 6:00 p.m. again I booked a cab for the same pickup at 18:03 p.m and after calling n confirming the ride with driver I started waiting for cab outside my office. though the cab driver insisted me to tell dropping location but I questioned him dat m I bound to give details of my drop. I was tracking him continuously on ph, and he continued lying about his location and when I got frustrated dat (his location of cab) was nearby my location, around 1 min far, then why again his location is showing 5 min away in next few moments. I enquired whether he is coming towards my location or going away? he started yelling furiously on me. sludging on me. I felt helpless as I didn’t have any option to speak or complaint against that uncultured driver. later after 25 min at 18:30 pm he cancelled my trip. And uber sent me a cancellation policy notification , deduction of 63 rs on my account. Why am I charged wrongfully when driver is cancelling the trip , what action you are going to take against your rude driver. can I receive any uber support numbers, where I can complaint? can my problem be solved by uber?

  364. One of the Worst Service. I booked a travel and the Driver did not pick my call. Hence, have to cancel my ride. But, phone APP says Rs.50 charged as cancellation fee on next ride. If that HAPPENS!!, i will uninstall the Uber APP from my mobile for sure. Better, I will use OLA which has good Customer support and will also prefer OLA to others.

  365. Hi, I took my trip on Saturday (3rd June,2017) from My Home (in Kukatpally) to Manjeera Mall (Kukatpally). At the time of booking the amount shown me as rupees 123, however when i tried to pay the amount it is showing me rupees 902 for my trip. It looks my driver not used my trip for his personal purpose. Please help me to re calculate the fare and provide the exact amount for payment. I am a regular user in UBER, due to this i am unable to proceed with new cab booking.

    We wish to inform you that, yesterday we had booked a ride at time slot 6.45PM -7.00 PM from K L Rao Nagar (near Vikas Nagar-B C Road) to Simachalam Railway station. Booked by mobile number 9493399763.
    Before of arrived at our home ( for address purpose) he argument with my husband however my husband does not give any reply.
    Our 10 year child want to sit in front sit , however driver ( Mr. Leela Prasad) advice us to take him back seat so we accept his advise.
    After 5 km running of ride. 5 year and 10 kids are talking noise his asked to kept quit . So me and my sister angry to our child to shutdown their mouth.However driver start argument with me and my sister very badly and stop the car near BHPV and asked to us get down.
    Since we are going to catch the train and this type of behavior of driver and drop us mid way is not the right. My sister request to driver we are late for catch the train please drop at station. But he was asked to us get do from his car.
    We want to complain against them to Police station however we are late for catch the train and does not have full information of driver.
    We are surprise, that today morning we had received call from Uber customer care that Mr. Leela Prasad complain against me.
    We does not know from app we can load the complain. Otherwise we done the complain immediately.
    Lot of time we take ride from uber and with same kids. Never any get problem.
    Kindly request you look into matter and take a action against him so UBER name does not spoiled.

    This is the recent problem I have faced on Uber. I have made a ride in Uber and was charged to my PayTM for rs 516.10 thus completing my ride. After few days I wanted to make another booking and when I entered the details about the destination, before the confirmation, the app has deducted once again Rs516.10 under the same order no of Uber by just adding 2 after the previous order, while I have not made any new ride for that amount. The amount was again deducted from my PayTM.
    I had taken up this issue with PayTM and they immediately confirmed that the issue was not with them as the same was charged by uber and if they refund it will show as credit in my PayTmA/c.
    I have been sending messages to Uber for last 4 days and I have not heard anything from them. I have provided all the details of screen shots of PayTM and Uber and not heard anything from them.
    Hopefully the issue will get resolved or else I am willing to take up this matter at all levels till it gets resolved.
    Any of u had similar problems and if so pl respond.

  372. I am writing this to report one of a very serious unethical practices that is being followed by Uber drivers here for which the passengers are having to pay. I am a regular customer of Uber and i had faced this issue earlier as well. I had booked an UBER cab under Uber Pass from opposite to city center 2 (My residence) to my Office which is at Unitech building. I had paid for the trip using paytm as it was an uber Pass the price was fixed with no surge price as INR 149. However after i had boarded off from the cab the driver didn’t end the trip instead went on further to a different place by onboarding some different passengers thus extending the trip in my name . As a result the trip fare increased to INR 463.84 and also with a surge price . The driver thus pockets the entire previously agreed fare with the new passenger whereas the newly created surged price gets charged under my name.
    I want to escalate this to the highest levels of the Uber Management as i am extremely dissatisfied by this unethical practice which is being constantly ignored by UBER. I also demand the refund of the extra fare above what i had originally paid.I strongly urge the Uber to take some proactive steps in making sure that the drivers don’t take undue advantage for which the customers have to pay.

Some of the drivers are even dangerous and bullies, no doubt there are so many rap cases in Uber!!! And if you need to speak to customer service team then you can’t because there is no customer support number and there is then it is not obvious, if you have any problems with the driver then there is no one to tell!!! I absolutely hate Uber and never riding again!!!

  382. Yesterday i.e. on the 17th of May 2017,I book a cab from Uber, from my office (Jasola) to my place (Malviya Nagar), in Delhi. My fone was not charged so driver kept my fone on charge in the front seat. while getting down I left my fone in the cab itself. after 5 mins I realized my fone is in the cab only, since I didn’t have driver’s number so I called on my mobile from my landlord’s number, thinking if Driver will pick up I will co ordinate and take the from him. But Ddriver disconnected my call and then he put my fone on not rechable mode. then I tried to logged complain online. I have all the details in my mail, so there is a option where you can feed any mobile number and you will get a call from Uber, instatly. I did the same and incidently it get connected to the same driver. People sitting in the cab gave me Driver’s personal number i.e. 9717105292, his name is Ajay. when I asked him about my fone he is saying, Rite now I am in DhualaKuan, going to Rohini, you can pick your fone with me but I can’t tell you where I will placed and when. He is not giving any specific place neither he is willing to return my fone at my pick up or droppinf place, though I am willing to pay him for that.
    I am workig with a Law firm, sO one of the Senior Counsel from Delhi High Court has called him and asked him to return my fone but still he is not willing to do that.
    I am attaching the Invoice, which contains the entire details of my yesterday’s drive.

  383. I have been a customer of UBER for more than 2 years now. I was a very satisfied customer of UBER in Malaysia and Hyderabad. But now, in Bangalore, I am completely dissatisfied.
    I was charged incorrectly and unethically. Every time there is a mistake by the driver of UBER and I cancel the trip to look for a new cab, I was charged Rs 45. Why do I need to pay you Rs. 45 for every cancellation when your driver is already on a trip and does not care to pick the phone. Even if they pick, why Should I wait for 20+ mins for a cab? The cabs are never on time and at times test our patience. The maps of Uber are not updated.
    Apart from that, for a Rs 61 bill, I had to pay Rs. 181. Don’t you guys have the shame to charge and cheat your customers. Why is it that your app does not have the reasoning option like you have it in Malaysia? The driver says cancel the trip, I cancel it and I am charged Rs. 45. The unethical behavior and illegal way of billing for every cancellation due to the mistake of UBER is now forcing me to think again if I still need to use UBER.

    My name is Arshad I booked a car on April 30 @ 3.30pm via Uber app from my Indian mobile number +917550263383. Pickup location was potheys mambalam and drop location was Eastern Palace hotel mannadi. On our way we met with an accident where driver went out of control by pressing the exsalarater instead of the breaks. We my mum, my brother, my sister-in-law and my self were the pasangers in the car. Car driver suddenly went very fast breaking all safety barricades n fell down skipping one road, ” funny part is that the driver had given reports saying Tyre burst and went out of control, but the truth is driver pressed the exalarater instead of breaks” if Tyre burst vehicle would not go straight it should I have stopped or spinned around on road. My mother passed away in hospital after few hours,my brother had serious inguries on body, my sister-in-law had left shoulder fracture, right arm fracture,spine hairline fracture & she had her baby miscurag and i my self had left side full inguries including lungs.
    My question is the Uber company knew that we met accident didn’t care to call us or visit us in ICU. I have planed to send official legal documents via my lawyer from Sri lanka to the uber company in India for my loses.
    Since we are foreigners & tourist from Sri Lanka.

  399. I took a ride from thane to khar road no.3 on 30.04.2017. I paid my fair rupees 381.82 through paytm. Driver named anil on duty declined such payments and collected the cash Rs. 394. Later on received the receipt of money paid to uber through paytm. That how I have been cheated by uber and diver anil. After that I have spoken to anil to refund my money, but he disconnects my phone frequently. I feel I have been cheated by uber and Anil. I am thinking to file a police case against uber and anil for such cheating.
    Share Additional Details : I have already registered this complain with uber online and waiting for the reply. If I will not get my money back I will use all social and legal platforms to expose the secret of “Uber Kuber ho gaya”, wrongly quoted by our dear prime minister.

    On 2 May 2017 at about 12.36 AM (00.36 am) my son had booked a uber cab for me from IGI Airport Delhi Terminal-1 to Vasundhra-3, Gardenia Glamour-II, Ghaziabad.
    A cab with registration No.HR 56B 9632 Maruti Suzuki Wagor R driven by ROHTAS picked me up from Terminal-1 at about 12.59 AM (00.59 am) and dropped me at Gardenia Glamour-II at about 01.44 AM on 2 May 2017. On completion of journey I asked Driver about the charges. After closing the App he asked for Rs.699/-. I paid him cash Rs.700/-.(500+100+50+50 Notes) at about 01.46 AM and the driver left the venue.
    Immediately my son told me that he has already paid the fare through Paytm App. My son called the Driver ROHTAS on his mobile but he did not picked up the phone, though he was aware that he has collected the fare twice, once through Paytm and second time through cash.
    Under the above circumstances I request that the FARE PAID THROUGH PAYTM WALLET BY MY SON, MAY PLEASE BE REFUNDED TO PAYTM WALLET.
    The DRIVER ROHTAS MAY ALSO PLEASE BE REPRIMANDED / PUNISHED FOR CHEATING AND ALSO NOT RESPONDING TO THE CALLS OF CUSTOMER AND HURTING THE BUSINESS IMAGE OF THE UBER.

The driver Shiv Kumar started the pool trip without picking me up.and when I tried to call him he did not answer my phone calls (tried calling him 5 times he intentionally did not pick up. I have complaint to uber about this but no response recd from uber support also. Very unprofessional behaviour, didnt expect such behaviour from Uber Also i was charged for this trip.Very unhappy with this unprofessional behavior. Would like to know what action you have taken with the driver shiv kumar for this incident. If no satisfactory answer is recd i will switch from to OLA.

    I booked Uber cab today evening from Palace grounds at around 6.20pm. The assigned driver (forgot his name, but have his phone no: 8892871174)made me wait for more than 40 mns and atlast said he is still away and couldnot make it. I told him to cancel if he couldnot make it, but then he said he don’t have an option. I said, it is his problem and i dont want to cancel it. Later after 10 mins, when i opened the Uber app, it was cancelled automatically, but then for my next immediate trip (on the same day), i was charged 50 Rs more from my actual fair. I was very unhappy about it. Because without my fault i was over charged and the current driver said i had a balance from the previous ride. Why is this happening? when the Driver is not able to make it, why the customer should be charged? I tried to reach customer care, but whatever number mentioned in Google doesnot work.     Yesterday my wife traveled by Uber Cab in Pune. As her mobile was totally discharged, she used charger of the cab to charge mobile battery. Unfortunately while getting down, she left her mobile in the cab itself. After calling to customer care immediately, customer care dint share the driver contact details. This is very weird of Uber Cab. They do not share the contact details of driver even after requesting them.
    Later on some how we managed to get the drivers number, but when we called the driver, he refused about having the mobile in his cab.
    Please suggest and help us to get the mobile.

  411. Today I booked a uber for Delhi Airport when I called my driver Mr. Arshad he is saying I have reached the destination but he reached a wrong destination and speaking very rude. When I requested him that you are near to our location of max 5min. Still he refused to come over and disconnected my call. I tried calling him many times but he didn’t responded. Again I booked a uber for pick up, driver Mr. Krishna said the same. When I’m booking with my exact location how can they go to some other place and speaking non sense with customers. Again I cancelled the booking and booked a uber again driver Arshad came when I booked. He don’t even have manners to speak and disconnecting calls every time. Finally I decided not to take uber again. Also uber company should have to take immediate action about drivers who is behaving very rude and lying with customers. I have wasted 1hr with these stupid drivers and got delayed to my flight. I will not support uber again in my life.

  413. I have been following up with Uber customer service for almost 3 days and still I don’t have resolution. Someone amended my uber account and because of that multiple a/c are created and because of that I am not receiving ride receipts for past 3 days.
    Uber has such a ridiculous customer service center that they know the problem but it seems that they don’t want to resolve it. Every time request is handled by different person and they keep asking same information. I doubt whether they are bothered looking at chain of communication.
    If this is the service that they are going to provide then I am sure they will loose lot of business & I am not sure if any action will be taken on this as well

I had booked a cab for my old parents from Vikroli to kalyan today at 4.20 pm who were going home after consulting an orthopedic doctor at Godrej hospital since my mother has a major slip disc problem Nd not able to sit for a long time. The Driver took them out of the route to fill CNG first at Vikroli syn, Since there was a queue he then took them on their route to kongaon Nd almost after 3/4 th journey he again went to a gas station Nd was waiting fr more than 45 minutes. Finally fed up of waiting they had to take another local cab Nd go home. The journey which takes an hour took about 2 hrs nd they were forced to abort their journey. This is sheer unprofessionalism.   424. On 15th April, 2017, I tried to book UBER cab from airport. The app was not working and an UBER support personnel helped in booking a cab. He was in UBER uniform and he told me that I will have to make a cash payment.
    On reaching destination, the driver told me that apart from the ride fare of Rs. 862, I have to also pay 600 rupees since that is ‘Rider’s outstanding balance’. I do not have any outstanding balance in my Uber app and have been frequently using this app with paytm payments.
    I had to pay 1462 rupees for my ride from airport to Sarjapur Junction.
    . I was with my mother at the airport that day struggling for UBER cab. My mother was on wheelchair support and the flight staff had dropped her at uber zone, but I never knew we will have to wait for more than half hour for the cab. It was difficult for me to opt for another cab service then because wheel chair was already gone. Internet was working on my cell, only uber app was not working.
    I suspect I have paid the outstanding for the UBER support staff member who booked the ride for me. And the driver did not allow me to get down from the cab without paying the entire amount.
    The complaint I raised from UBER app was put to completed status without actual resolution of the issue. I was told they are not able to find the trip. Even I am not able to find trip in my uber app since it was not booked via my app. But the booking sms was sent to my mobile and it was an Uber support personnel who did the booking! Uber support should check with their uber staff who was present at the airport that day and request them and the drivers to not cheat riders like me.

    • Today morning I have booked cab in uber ahmedabad the ride estimate rate was rs. 50 but the driver charged me rs. 188 this is ridiculous services uber is providing. There is no customer care service available for Passenger, this is literally a big loot by uber. I would like to. Rate uber as negative rating. It’s better to use ola at least the say upfront their high rates. I wish reliance may start their cab services in ahmedabad asap, so such loot may get out of India. Uber is pathetic service provider, dear friends place stop using uber cab services as we are sending our currency out our nation, it’s better to use ndian taxi or auto rickshaw.

Had a very unpleasant experience with uber today.DL1RTB5449.Booked a cab from F/9 overseas apartment sector 50 Noida to sector 40 Noida which is hardly 3 km distance.The rate shown bfr booking the cab was Rs 17( discount applied) .Driver that picked my call said he was in Sec41 n will take 5 -7mins to reach.However he took almost 20 mins to reach the pickup locn.I had booked this cab from another location fr my mother. Finally on reaching the drop locn he asked my mother fr Rs 100.When she refused to give n said that bfr booking rate shown WS Rs 17, driver said he’ll charge frm uber itself. Now,finally once I checked the mail it showed that driver had started the trip frm Sector 41 itself frm whr he had begun for pickup.Distance shown in mail is 9.7 km.Moreover,I had choosen cash payment n Rs 50 has been deducted from my Paytm account wdout my permission.This is absolutely not acceptable. Pls take this driver to task n refund my Rs 50.I’m ready to pay my original fare which was Rs 17 or so.

    On 26th March 2017, I booked an Uber from Guwahati to NEHU Campus, Shillong for 7.30am the next day ie. 27.03.17 as I had an urgent meeting. It was confirmed.
    On 27.03.17 the Alto cab came 15 minutes late! I boarded with my luggage and and after about a 100 metres or so the driver( I forgot his name but his Phone no:80304 59002) asked for my destination which he didn’t quite know. He asked me if North Eastern Hill University was in Khanapara! When I said Shillong, he told me that he did not have a permit for Shillong!
    And there I was dropped on the main road— as it is I was running short of time . Then he asked me for Rs. 45/- as cancellation charge which I did not pay as I had to board an autorickshaw and rush to the taxi Line in Paltan Bazar for a cab.
    Why was he sent if he did not have a Shillong Permit?

  429. I had used an OLa trip on 12.02.2017 for going to Somaiya Ayurvihar Campus , Sion West, in the morning. The driver was Shri Krishna. and vehicle was Maruti Suzuki, Swift Desire. When I reached the destination, he told me that his system is not working and he can-not see whether the payment has been made or not. I told him that I will make him the payment of INR 285.21 by cash so that no confusion remains.
    However, on 07.04.2017, when I tried to book a cab for Kokilaben Hospital from my residence, I was informed that INR 285.21 is pending as the payment of the ride dated 12.02.2017 could not materialise. As there is no customer care number available for India, I had no option but to stop my booking process. My request is to bar Shri Krishna from Uber and correct the outstanding amount against my name.

    The driver has the audacity to tell her that first he will go to fill gas and then take her to her destination. He asked her to cancel the ride then but he refused and asked her to cancel. Which means Uber would then charge her for cancellation.
    Normally people just let it go, cancel and book another ride as they don’t want to go through the headache of writing a complaint.
    Please note Uber that some of your drivers are letting you down… Social media can easily dent your image.
    Suggest you do not charge my friend for the inconvenience caused by your driver.
    Uber does have some nice drivers too but some should be pulled up for their acts.
    Have not mentioned my friends mobile number for certain reasons. Please contact me for further details.

  445. I am a regular user of Uber Cabs and located in Mumbai. Uber provides some promotional codes for discounting the fare. I have tried this many a time and eventhough the code is applied while booking the fare is not getting discounted. Please let me know if anybody else has a similar experience. Also very recently Uber has started charging cancellation charges if the booking is cancelled and this amount gets added on to the fare of your next trip. No other aggregator does this.

  447. A friend booked an uber for me after a get together we had at his place. Unfortunately he put the destination that was a two stops before my actual stop. When the driver arrived, I told him so, and he was extremely rude and said that I had to change it as per policy.. I had to make multiple calls to my friend to get the destination changed which was done. He then stopped at a petrol bunk which I disapproved of since I was travelling alone and it was way past midnight . He then started arguing and now told me that he was cancelling the bookin and also insisted that I get off… though I refused and stood my ground, it was a very scary feeling. I am disgruntled and appalled at his behaviour . I felt extremely helpless as I wasn’t the one who booked the cab and there was nothing I cud do about the trip .. it was a 45 min torture trip.

Today I booked ride from Hyatt Regency Delhi to Gurgaon Sector 43 at 13.58 via Hyundai Xcent driver name was Vijay. During booking the estimate was shown around Rs 204/- whereas final billing was over Rs 435/-, which is out of scope. This is second time I travelling via Uber the same happened earlier also, I travelled more than 500 times via OLA which i believe is 500 times better than UBER.

    Today I booked under auto from GKNM Hospital to Ramanathapuram area in Coimbatore which is 4.5. KM .Am using under car and auto services for the past 10 days.for different places in coimbatore.Especially from GkNMHospital daily using uber service.B ut Today one Mr vadivel driver (Auto) charged Rs88 higher amt than 52.93 shown in my mobile.I never paid more than Rs80.even for uber car.Am paying for auto service for this not more than rs50.He behaved rudly and asked us if you want you can complain customer care.I rated his service two star.He never worth for it.Myself being Retd.Headmaster traveled with my wife who underwent surgery few days back.This happened on 5th Jan 2017 by 10 30 am.I t is deplorable .This kind of driver’s behavier will definitely spoil the good name of uber service.

    Yesterday the charges paid to this trip is wrongly charged to me . At the time of booking it shows me Rs.154 only where as you charged me Rs.254.35. From the receipt it is observed that the destination and time of travelling is wrong. I was reached the destination within half an hour from pick up location, How you charged to me a wrong bill. Also further mention that we also booked another uber for same destination from same pick up location at same time by my friend. The fare charged to him is Rs.154 only. Kind check this issue and revert my money to my Pay TM account.

  492. Hello Sir. I booked an Uber from Shamshad Airport on 11th December and travelled to Kamenini Hospitals, King Kothi. The rough estimated fare is about Rs. 659 odd. I had booked the car via a different mobile number (9867964533). Unfortunately my payment on my debit card ending with digits xxxxxx0159 is not being accepted though I tried several times to make the payment. Also, I am unable to use the said card for other bookings and have to compulsorily use the cash option. I have always been using the said card. Please help me clear the dues and enable me to use my debit card for further rides. Hoping for your immediate intervention ASAP and action.

    • I am facing the same issue for a transaction did two months before. I couldn’t able to book CAB since last two months. I got irritated contacting these UBER support guys as they are not addressing my issue properly. Thank god I have got OLA and UTOO atleast got some sense on addressing issues. Now I am searching how to delete my account from UBER.

    when i call him 3rd time then he pic my phone and said my trip is booked by mistake and my cab is not in running condition . then he said you cancel the trip i will refund your cancel charge in PTM . Then i said that i used net banking not PTM . Then he cancel the trip . This is not my fault . Actually i suffer and now u want me to pay cancel charge.     This is to bring to your notice that i was cheated badly by the driver yesterday.
    On 15th Dec at 5.15 pm i booked a cab from alpha arts and science college to valasaravakkam .The first two drivers called and asked me to cancel since they were not willing to take that route .i had to book again .The driver neither answered my call nor did he pick me from college .But at 5.56 pm rs 145 is deducted from my paytm which is so ridiculous
    The driver has just pretended as though he picked me and dropped and has charged .
    Having paytm account seems to be at big advantage for such drivers who intend to cheat.this delayed mail is due to network issue after cyclone .kindly take necessary action because these drivers will bring down your reputation .i would suggest you to have CRN numbers as other cabs have.driver name pandi prabhu.

    I booked an Uber morning
    10:21 am to reach office, i got notification that the cab will reach my
    pickup point in 10 min.
    I did not received driver number, after
    that the application was not responding and i tried to restart the app
    and tried other steps to rectify the issue but the issue was related to
    server for hues trafic, i waited in destination for approximately 30
    min, then i took auto and reached office.
    Note: Received a call 11:19 from Uber driver to cancell the trip. Ph No 8079440736.
    Where is my fault, and i got Rs.50 deduct from my PayTM.
    I am requesting to refund my amount and rectify the server issue, so we can use your service regularly.

  499. i have been charged extra for my trip on 18/11/2016 from airport to alipore. as per my calculation charges for my trip should be around 247.00, but i am charged 324. and on the same date parking fees in the airport is free. so dont use the uber they are cheating the customers by giving unfair chargers.
    calculation for charge as below
    airport to alipore distance = 24.59 km
    fair per Km for ubergo = rs 7/km
    hence toatl fair = 172.00
    total time taken = 45 min
    fair per min = rs 1.00/min
    hence fair for 45 min = 45.00
    base fair = 30.00
    Total fair = 172+45+30 = 247.00
    so can u plz give the breakdown of 324 rupees.

  508. I had requested an Uber car last evening but while the page was on ‘requesting’, i had closed the app and cancelled the trip. Today, March 28, 2016, i received an email with my fair receipt for an Uber ride i clearly did not take. The name of the rider is ‘Guddu’ and i gave him one star in the hope to report him. The email i received shows that he traveled for 25 minutes for a 10 minute distance (clear from the destination). if one takes a look at the map data (provided in the email), i hope you realize how absurd this is. Moreover, I have been charged Rs. 88.74 for an Uber ride i clearly did not take. I request Uber athorities to look into this as soon as possible.

    This is to complain that today I was charged cancellation charge for trip which was actually cancelled because driver Chandan was not responding on calls made and we had been waiting for almost 25 min and arriving within 8 min status was just not changing .
    This was pathetic and over and above we were charged 60 INR. Issue is not charges but what to do when driver is not responding .
    Also on return the driver shamsuddin was such a fool that he took some other passenger when the other passenger made a fool of him conforming his name as my name and we had to again wait for 20-25 min and makes 3-4 calls to driver.

  510. i ordered for UBER on 25th March to pickup my wife from New friends colony delhi . The cab driver was immd. caught by a cop for driving without a License. She had to wait for another half an hour in noon time with strong sun rays. I booked another UBER and after 2 hours she reached home. Surprisingly the fare was debited to me even for the first cab. The trip was cancelled by the driver but still it was not reversed. I send a mail to UBER but nobody even revreted back.. Strange… Even they have no SOS service, if woman is travelling alone they have no support function.. pathetic

Rajesh was allotted. we waited at the gate for 5 minutes and called mr. rajesh. he informed that the trip has been cancelled. i dont know why. i booked ubercab again. this time i was forced to accept 2.6 times fare. this time i was allotted the same car with same driver. the time gap is less than 5 minutes. there is absolutely no fault of mine. but my account was wrongly debited cancellation charges of Rs. 60 and fare of Rs.323. I paid just Rs.128 for my onward journey and for return journey I was penalised by Rs. 383 for no fault of mine. please contact Mr. Rajesh who witnessed the entire episode. I request you to reimburse the loss of Rs. 255. (Rs383 – Rs. 128 )

    I suppose your dinosaur systems do not know that 2 persons can have same first names.
    This a very bad first time experience a customer.
    This is basically cheating a customer of a free ride by and mentally harassing the first time customers by charging them despite a valid code. 
    I do not expect Uber to behave in a petty manner like this. 
    Be assured you will loose customers very soon if you continue cheating by taking out the promo codes.
    Please reimburse the cheated amount of Rs 174 illegally taken by your driver  into my account at the earliest else provide me another promo code.

  526. I chose to travel from Pune Airport using Uber and chose to pay by cash.
    The trip was charged for Airport Convenience Fee of Rs.85, however the driver did not pay that amount to the Pune Airport authorities since we were able to board the cab and get out of the airport within 5 mins and we continued with the journey.
    Knowing this, when the trip finished I chose not to pay the driver the full amount as displayed in the trip receipt and paid him the cost without the Airport Convenience fee, i.e. Rs.270. The driver argued with me to pay him the entire amount as per trip receipt saying it’s not his fault but the Uber software, that too in spite of knowing that he hasn’t paid the Rs. 85 Airport Parking fees.
    This behavior is not warranted and goes against the customer relationship that we expect from Uber. He justified wrong pricing by asking me to follow up with Uber separately over email and bear the harassment while he is not affected with my trouble.
    Email support doesn’t work in this situation and there was no India customer support contact phone number that I could find on the website or mobile app to clarify the situation. It’s unbelievable that driver was also unaware of any customer support/helpline phone number that can be reached and I struggled for 30mins to find a way to resolve the situation. The driver had the audacity to ask me for reporting a Police complaint for wrong pricing on Uber Receipt or follow up with the Uber’s office at Pune.This is pure harassment both from Uber and the driver for not providing a level playing medium to customer for resolving issues and queries. Uber group should realize that internet is not as much a widespread mechanism for resolving issues in India and there needs to be phone support that tackle issues with the driver, one cannot wait for hours to wait for filing an email complaint and get responded.
    The least I want is India Customer Support Telephone Number to be visible in App and Website

  527. On 15th Feb 2016, I booked a cab at 8:06 p.m. for pick-up location Fresco, Nirvana Country, South City Road, Gurgaon with ddestination Green Park Party lawns Sector 18 Gurgaon. I was picked up from Tower 8 Fresco at 20:18 hrs and got down at my ddestination at 20:45 hrs covering a distance around 11 kms in Ubergo cab Hyundai Xcent UP 14 ET 9787 driven by Sanjay. He told me that he had switched off the journey as soon as I got down. But my billing receipt showed that my journey continued till 21:07 and it terminated at 1286, Kapashera in Delhi after covering a distance of 17.25 kms. The bill included Rs 100 as Delhi toll also when I never entered Delhi. I iimmediately reported the matter to ubersupport and got encouraging reply from Sushodhan who advised me to mail my points of pick up and destination for correct calcuation. I responded yesterday morning but till now, the Issue remains uunsettled.
    REQUEST: REFUND OF OVERCHARGE OF Rs. 165 i.e. 309 instead of 144.

  530. I had a uber ride on 22.12.2015. I booked the ride through my Mobile phone. Unfortunately there was 3 mode of payment options were active in my mobile which I didn’t know since it was my first ride. Once the ride is completed the driver took cash from me for the ride amount. But later stage the Uber company has raised an invoice and loaded the figure in my paytm account so as to show that there is a balance due. by me of Rs. Rs. 241.97. (My trip amount)
    When I went for my second ride booking on 13.02.2016, the mobile application told me to deposit the ride amount in my paytm account and once I transferred the amount in my PAYTM account they have adjusted that amount to my old PAYTM balance which they themselves raised an liability even though collecting the CASH for my trip which I had on 22.12.2015.
    So much cheated by UBER. Bloody company. I have sent the mails to them but there is no reply so far.

    So on 6th Feb, i booked my free ride. I ensured the free ride before booking and selected it.
    But i did not get it for free. I had to pay Rs. 232/- for that.
    I am really disappointed due to their false promise.
    When i raised this concern with customer care i have got below unsatisfactory reply.
    Do not rely on their free ride promise and do not use it in any case.

  548. I was having one free ride and today booked cab. After completing the journey, it got deducted from my paytm account and free ride also got eliminated. This kind of way is against customer right and against the company rule. So resolve the issue as soon.
