I want all of you to support this this comment . There is very big problem with Uber they do not have any customer care calling number . Today I booked cab and every driver cancelled my trip even one of the driver is just in front of me at my location he asked me on sms where to go ? I answered him my location and he just disconnected the trip without any reason. Still I am trying to contact Uber customer care but none of their number exist all are incorrect numbers on website . Uber is fraud the jata ati all chrged their money from our account if we cancel what if their driver cancel the trip.

Talking about service it’s horrible. when I book a ride they always cancel the trip it’s happens again and again in a single trip. They always call and ask for the destination and when they knows the destination they cancel the trip plenty of times . Look about the matter and try to take out the solution.

I haired a bike ex SPS Residency, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram to Dhruv Apptt, 4-I P Extension, Delhi-92, three drivers refused to go and cancelled my booking at their own. Then I went by OLA cab service. Uber is not only harassing me they also asking me to pay ₹15/- as fine for cancellation of booking. This is not good.

I had issues with my trip, the driver was an hour late and then abused and sent threatening messages to my sister. We have been trying to get to contact Uber but there’s no response. मै उबेर के मालिक को चेतावनी देना चाहता हूं कि आप अपने इस सिस्टम को सुधरो ।
और आप नहीं सुधरोगे तो मै सुधर दुगा।
इस बात को आप जाच करे। और इस बात की जांच 7 दिन का मै आपको टाइम देता हूं।
अगर इन दिनों मै ये क्लियर नहीं हुआ तो मै कोर्ट जाऊंगा।
