SIR, I am owner of Bike No. DL11SU3608 TVS VICTOR (BS IV) previous day i.e 18.06.2019 my back side tyre is NOT SPORTED me because it is not well.
I going to TVS showroom for replace but he asked me warranty of tyre is over my bike only 13000km run.

This is to inform you that I have purchased TVS Jupiter zx from G.K Motors, Laxmi Nagar on 19th August, 2017. The scooty has drive for only approx600 km till today.
I have experienced extremely bad experience with this 2 wheeler.
The 1 St servicing has been done only .
I use this vehicle very less number of times. Today I came from my friend home and in between it got automatically off in mid way while driving. tvs has given me worst condition experience, and pathetic product.
I tried to start but there was no response.
I came home as of was not having the tvs bike pull van number.
It was totally bad experience for me.
I would like to give negative feedback.
I got harassed by the product from tvs.
This product is not value for the money.
I will be sharing this with consumer forum , social media and will suggest not to buy the bike or scooty from tvs to everyone.
The worst ever experience . I am waiting for your response. the scooty pulled home by me today. Scooty is still not taking start by self and kick both.
Please take it out your dumb from my home. This is my healthy request.
My 1st and last experience with tvs and never ever will have tvs scooty. Kindly look on the matter. Hope to have favourable response. Please refund my hard money , I don’t want anyhow this TVs Jupiter zx scooty. And I will not pay any single ruppes for any further expenses. Kindly email this to your concerned departments and the senior authorities. Coming Monday I will be filing sue on the same.

i have an apache, which i purchased 7 yrs. back.since last three years despite my repeited pursuance i am unable to get replacement for its fi pump. it is lying idle and has become a liability. fi pumps are not available with the company because it is an old model.what happens to the fortune i have spent on it?it pains me to even look at it lying in the garage and getting wasted.why not the company buy it back from me for a fair price or replace it with a new one.i also purchased a scooty having great faith in your company.if the matter can be helped i will forward the details. awaiting prompt response.
I have TVS Scooty Streak. Its Rare Panel is broken. I am trying place a order for same, but i did not find any responsible person to whom i should talk to. I visited showrooms but no help as of now. Is it true that Scooty Streak is discontinue?
I have a TVS WEGO of 2011, model. The dealers committed millage of 45+KMPL, but from the day one it is giving only 30.
Last 2 Servicing I have got it done from Y Spphire, dealer of Attapur, Hyderabad. I have complained that the engine was giving higher noise and low millage, every-time they said it is resolved. But it was never resolved.
Now I have taken to the showroom with some noise, but the showroom manager saying that the Engine life is gone and it needs to opened and servicing to be done inside as few nosles and rings are not good enough to hold the engine properly.
The vehicle has run only 18K K.m. and the engine life is gone is a poor product supply and service from even the authorized service centers.
Even I spoke to the service manager Mr. Srinivas, he is saying that my driving is bad so it has happened like that.
I spoke to the area Incharge Mr. Surender Babu – 9440611584. He is saying that the manager is helpless and the company does not provide support beyond warranty.
When asked about the engine problem within 18K K.M. he said in some cases it may be a mechanical issue, but he is helpless as company does not provide the support.
