Q. How can I add/Remove Channels or Tata Sky services by myself?

Ans. You can add / remove channel using any of the below options:

WhatsApp
- Register your account on WhatsApp by giving missed call to 9229692296 from your Registered Mobile Number (RMN). Make sure your RMN and WhatsApp number are the same. You will get a confirmation message on your WhatsApp.
- Send Add or Drop (Space) EPG Number For example, to add drop Ten Sports ALC: Add 470 / Drop 470
Missed call
- Give a missed call to or universal missed call number (080 6858 ) followed by the EPG number of the ALC you wish to add.
  For example, to add Ten Sports ALC (EPG number is 470), give a missed call to 080 6858 (0470).
  For example, to add Tata Sky Kannada Cinema (EPG number is 1602), give a missed call 080 6858 (1602).

Q. How do I find my subscriber ID?

Ans. You can find your Subscriber ID easily using any of the below options:

Press the ‘Home’ button on your remote and your Subscriber ID will get displayed on the screen.
Give a missed call on 080-61-9999-11 and you will receive SMS with your Subscriber ID and the pack details.

Q. How can I change/update my Registered Mobile Number (RMN)?

Ans. You can change/update your RMN using any of the below options:

Q. What should I do in case of any problem with the set top box/digicomp?

Ans. All set top boxes/digicomps are covered under a Base ASC for a period of 12 months from the date of installation (“Base ASC Period”). Should you encounter any problem, please call the 24×7 Tata Sky helpline. Our Customer care executive will be able to help you resolve the problem. If the problem persists, a dedicated team of our authorized Installation Service Providers who are trained to resolve technical problems that you may encounter will visit your location. Post the Base ASC Period, Tata Sky also offers an Annual Service Commitment service to its subscribers. You can get the details of the same by calling the Tata Sky helpline (for details on the Base ASC Period, kindly refer to your Tata Sky Subscription Contract).
