I was purchase sogo chargeable fan since six months ago now I open last Friday to used this fan after 12 hour charging then I switch on but fan not working, I really disappointed sogo manufacturing item.
I just buy sogo 12 v deep freeze through Daraz.

To Whom It May Concern: Around three months ago I purchased a SOGO ceiling fan model “All wooden Blade Ceiling Fan” SKU 16sVEN21800. The fan was installed according to instructions and after some time it stopped working. The shop we purchased it from in Malta (HOME TRENDS) provided a new control unit. The fan and light again did not respond to the remote commands and the shop provided us with a new remote. Again, this did not work after a couple of days and we had the fan replaced by a new one (same model). This fan worked for a couple of weeks and again the fan (only) is not responding to our remote commands. I would like to point out that we had the fan connected to one power wall switch, when previously the old fan was on two power wall switches (one for the light and the other for the fan). The old fan had no remote control. Can you provide me with important information that can solve this fault. Is it a fault on our part when installing the fan? Or is it a fault in usage?
