State Bank of Travancore (SBT) has opened a customer care centre here to provide information on products and services, support and guidance on banking matters and redressal of customer issues.
Callers may access the facility through toll-free number 1800-425-7733 to access information on loan and deposit products.
Other services offered include ATM card trouble shooting, Internet and mobile banking support, and receipt of complaints and grievances.
The centre will function from 8 am to 8 pm on week days. Unlike call centres ‘SBT Care’ will be manned by bank’s own staff with good banking exposure to ensure caller satisfaction.
