How can I cancel my order?
Ans:- You can cancel your order till one hour before the trains scheduled time of arrival at the station where your food is to be delivered.. Call our customers support executive at 708 777 3332 & they will be happy to help u. For prepaid orders there is an administrative fee of 10% for cancellation up to 24 hours before delivery time, and 25% for cancellation up to one hour before delivery time. Sorry, the credit card companies charge us twice : once for getting your order paid for, and second for refunding you in case of cancellation..

I came by HWH- NSDL RAJDHANI on 1st oct 2022 PNR( 6832531949). The quality of TEA served by the cetaring was very very very poor . Today I am going to travel again by NSDL-HWH RAJDHANI, PNR( 2723592586) as I m a tea lover i am scared i have drink that tea again. Plz try to give better quality tea instead of previous one.

One small packet rice, one small packet dal, 2nos small roti, 2 medium pieces chicken, dahi small pkt, lalmohan 1no only. No mix veg nd salad is prvided.
Need to provide mix veg atleast.
The food provider demands extra money after providing food from all the pessengers.

In train number 20504 we have three tickets two full and one half but in ticket show so every person get food. But in train character did not give food to third ticket cheating it is. PNR number is 2817760141

We order manchurian at mathura station they deliverd only 3piece manchurian cost 120 and it is not cooked well very bad qulity.
