PACL: How to File Refund Claim Application
Here is the FULL LIST of documents required and information needed to fill PACL Refund Claim application form online:
Information required:-
– You need to submit your name as per PACL certificate
– The claim amount (in Rs.)
– Name as per PAN
– PAN number
-Your bank account number
– Bank name and IFSC code.
Documents required to upload:-
-Copy of your PAN
-Latest passport size photograph
-Copy of canceled cheque with your name printed or banker’s certificate as per the prescribed format available at sebipaclrefund.co.in on the letter head of the bank
-Copy of PACL certificate, and receipts, if any.
Earlier, the panel initiated the process of receipt of claim applications from PACL investors whose total outstanding amount was up to Rs 2,500. This process has been completed. In a release, Sebi said that after verification, refunds were made in respect of claims found to be in order and the process has been completed.
Regarding claim applications, Sebi said investors can access the website https://www.sebipaclrefund.co.in/
Further, Sebi has cautioned investors against parting with their original PACL registration certificates without specific intimation received from the committee.

I have three FD certificates from PACL. I have uploaded all the three certificate details in one application putting the claim amount as the total value of the three certificates. After submitting the application I have received a confirmation only on one certificate that I have used to register. Will you accept this or do I need to apply them separately.
