i thought it was trail for one month so i logged in and updated debit card details and i was charged 799 so please update what happened i dont want if its chargeable this is the first time i logged in using my account

Every month Rs 499 is being deducted from my account regularly but many times I am not able to access my Netflix account and I get the message ‘Netflix error’. For the past two weeks this problem has been persisting. I feel my money is being wasted on Netflix. I want to discontinue if this problem is not resolved immediately.
