I tried to book train ticket on 22/12/2017.after the transaction it showed transaction got failed but money was deducted from my SBI account. I tried calling all customer care numbers provided,but nothing was helpful. What should I do??????

I was booked a ticket on 14/12/2017 morning bt tikt was not booked money deducted from my AXIS BANK account …..so plzz refund my amount 406.02 only ……I m waiting from last day.

Railway Customer care is not helpful at all. Most of the time the call does not connect with them or the route is busy. Sirf naam ke waaste Customer care number rakkha hua hai.

i cancel this both of tickets 17th of june 2017 but no refund get it till date i send my account statement till date please fine attached copy. i used my father atm cum debit card for booking the tickets how much time u i wait more why my refund not get it. please take quick action. one month already going i send u updated pdf file of my account statement. what i do [lease provide right way or revrse my account.
I performed a transaction on July 1st of rupees 3850 to book train from ICICI website.
The very first time The transaction was done but at the end I received an error saying wrong credentials .when I clicked on ok , it gave a message — retry your transaction. I retried transaction again money got deducted but no confirmation email received from IRCTC.
I checked my detailed account balance , twice the same amount got deducted from my account and in My bookings it says Bookings failed as you can see below .
In the below screenshot if you see , there are two unsuccessful attempts performed by me and 1 attempt was done by my family member , even their money got deducted for they performed one attempt
Even their 3850 rupees is deducted.

I have already checked with the bank people , they said If the transaction is unsuccessful, then your account is credited on the same day. We request you to wait for 7 working days from the payment date to confirm the transaction status. I waited for 7 days and the money is not credited back in my account. Hence , I need your inteference to resolve this issue as per the bank people the transaction was successful .
If you have not received my money and booking request than please do a favor on me .
Please send a mail stating that you have not received any amount and booking request from my end so that I can at least get the money from Bank people.
I spoke to ICICI bank people , they said they need a mail from your end saying that you haven’t received any amount from my end then only they will refund my money.

After preparation of travelling chart, if passenger is not travel due to any personnel urgency, in such case the passenger is not able to file TDR because such reasons are not available for selection in online filing TDR on IRCTC portal and ultimately passenger is suffering from financial losses. so in view of such problem kindly guide me how to file TDR with considering the such personnel reasons so as to mitigate the such losses in future.
