How to apply for a loan?
Step 1: Install Mi Credit app from Google Play Store and register through Mi account or phone number
Step 2: Upload KYC documents (ID & Address Proof) & add personal details for online verification
Step 3: Add bank details to facilitate transactions
Step 4: Loan amount up to ₹1,00,000 is disbursed to your bank account quickly
I have paid my emi on 5th of April I paid on correct date without any skip. It is automatically debited from my account but still I’m having reminder msg like I need pay through link or need to pay emi on 10th of April. But I paid it on time.then mi credit is also not working I can’t able to find mi credit app in play store app

This is worst Credit application I have ever seen. want to give Rating 0 (Zero).
I applied for loan Rs. 50K on 1st march 2021 vide MI credit Application no. 1579530099, Re. 1 credited in my account at the same time and NACH has been verified immediately after credited or Re. 1. But I did not yet receive my loan amount in my account. I have raised several complaint for the same wide complaint no. WOIN20210306000315 dated: 6th March, 2021 and WOIN20210310000650 dated: 10th March, 2021. After raising the complain as per the policy I have to wait for 3 working days which I waited but no action has been taken yet. After raising the second complaint on 10th March 2021, customer care told me to wait till 15th March 2021 but again on 15th March 2021 no action has been taken yet. Customer executive told me several times that lending partner is IDFC Bank and you need to contact IDFC Bank. But why I would contact to IDFC Bank, I am your customer not IDFC Bank, MI credit is IDFC Bank Customer it is MI credit responsibility to take follow up from IDFC Bank. I want to add further that your MI credit app shows “Real Time Disbursement”, can you please define Real time Disbursement. As per Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Any company and organization or Individual cannot misguide the customer. And you guys are continuously misguiding me from day 1 i.e. 1st March, 2021. This is totally mentally harassment of customer. I am requesting you last time kindly give actual status of my application. I am not giving any warning to you but after that if you are not able to find any resolution on the above mentioned complaint numbers, then I will sue in consumer court as per my Rights for this mentally harassment which I am facing from day 1.
