Order No. K339W12307, amount Rs. 1,160.97 was paid for the same . After reaching I was informed Mojito was not available instead of that I was offered 7 up . To my surprised when I reched home the 7 up was just soda with nothing in it no flavor. I was a complete loss for the money I paid I paid for mojito and I got plain soda water. I want my money refund .
I purchased kfc chicken 6pcs alonwith 3nos burger on 3.1.21 from kfc outlet at ulubari, guwahati, Assam in take away system. But unfortunately in place of 6 pcs the crew had packed 4 pcs. This was intentional. Sorry to say it is totally not acceptable to me. I paid vide card. Amt. 1153.00.

I have ordered food through KFC app on 13.08.2020 of Rs. 4984.91. I had not get any confirmation from their end also food was not delivered but my money had been deducted. Till date i have not received any refund from your end. Also i am not able to get any contact details of any of your department where i can call and discuss the matter and raise a complain. This is very much pathetic service you are providing to your customer.
Kindly look into the mater such that i can get my refund as soon as possible.
I visited the KFC Crown Interiorz on 17 June 2020. I ordered a Rs 599 bucket for takeaway. I made a payment using UPI ID paytm-14790230@paytm and the transaction ID was 016978120225 at 8:15 pm in the name of Deyvani with Remarks as Oid989126462874@KFC India . The payment was completed but my order wasn’t placed on KFC. I made another payment using the same UPI ID and the Transaction ID was 016978509050 at 8:43 pm. This time my order was placed. I contacted the manager who said that I will be refunded the amount for the first transaction within 7 days. It has been more than one month and there has been no action from your end to initiate the refund. This is highly unprofessional from a big brand name like KFC. The payment is completed but no service was provided to me at that day. I expect either refund or the item for which I made the payment.
I ordered from KFC’s APP on 06 June 2020. When I went to the payment page to book the item of my choice, I took the option of UPI payment in it. Payment has been made from my bank but nothing is showing on KFC APP. No message came from KFC.
