There should be uniformity while submitting Jeevan Pramaan through Bank Service or any mobile i.e. Android or other with the help of registered biometric device. When PPO number enter as it is allotted i.e. alpha numeric is enter it is suggested to enter only number so only numeric is entered and rest of all parameters are selected properly, then only Pramaan ID is generated and publish with the details of Aadhar based Photo, PPO number, Aadhar number, date of birth, Mobile number, date and time etc. But there is foot note of Declaimer it is subject to acceptance by Pension disbursing authority. In this regard I would like to suggest unless and until all the fields are correctly enter it should not accept and generate Pramaan ID.
Secondly, once it is submitted successfully there should not be regenerating other Pramaan ID, and there should be ” you have already submitted Vide Pramaan ID number, Date and time. With my experience when I tried to submit from my pension account bank and from my registered biometric device, it was generated with different Jeevan Pramaan ID and different PPO number. I would like to attach the proof of the same there is no such provision.
So kindly requested to adhere / adopt only one system while performing of submission of Jeevan Pramaan and stop for repeated generating Pramaan ID. Hope you will take necessary action at the earliest. Thanking you in anticipation.
