My UPS out of order during warranry what can i do i am in islamabad
I HAVE PURCHASED A UPS ON 23-5-2021 IN FAISALABAD FROM ZAFAR ELECTRONIC WHICH IS STILL IN THE RANGE OF WARRANTY AS ONE YEAR IS NOT YET COMPLETED. THIS UPS IS NOW OUT OF ORDER BUT I DON’T HAVE GUARANTEE CARD AS I OMITTED AFTER PLACING SOME WHERE. BUT I HAVE THE RECEIPT OF PURCHASING. IT IS REQUESTED TO PLEASE GIVE THE FREE SERVICE OF REPAIRING OF THIS UPS WITH THIS RECEIPT AS YOUR FAISALABAD SERVICE CENTER IS DEMANDING RS.2500/- FOR THE REPAIRING OF THIS UPS WHICH IS JUST UNFAIR AND OVER CHARGING. THESE CHARGES ARE ONLY FOR SETTING, NO ANY SPARE PART IS REQUIRED. I HAVE ALREADY CALLED AT 021111764111 WITH MR ASAD KHAN BUT HE DIDN’T RESOLVE MY ISSUE THAT’S WHY I AM WRITING HERE. YOU SHOULD ACCOMMODATE YOUR OLD CUSTOMER AND MUST NOT BE BEHAVED LIKE MR ASAD KHAN (YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICIAL)
