How can I return an item?All items come with a 30 day return guarantee, starting on the day you receive your jewellery. Please note that the jewellery tag must not be removed and the second partition on earring packaging must not be opened. All original packaging and the authenticity certificate must be included with the return. To return any item, please follow the simple steps below:
- Step 1: Call us on 1800 3000 0010 within 30 days of receiving your jewellery to get a returns request number. Mention the same return request number on your returns form and slip.
- Step 2: Fill in the returns form overleaf, choosing if you want a replacement, return or credit to buy more jewellery from us.
- Step 3: Securely package your return and include all original packaging, authenticity certificate and the returns form.
- Step 4: Cut out the returns slip from your invoice and attach to the outside of your return.
- Step 5: Please use a fully insured and tracked method of postage to return items to us at the address on the returns slip.
If I return items, how is my money refunded?Wherever possible, we’ll refund your money by the same method you used to purchase from us. If this is not possible, for example if you paid by cash on delivery, we’ll refund you by cheque.
