I had an active daily package ending 16:20
Before that i got a message of insufficient balance…
So i got a refill of 50rs
And yet not just my package did not updated all my balace are gone too in just minutes…
I’ve call your hotline no option for operators to speak… No option of these cases…
I’ve been using emtel years now..
Why so bad service…?
And now am left with no balace… No package and if i use sos.. What the use… i lose more money…
