Q. How to Claim Elica Warranty, Installation , Service or Other Service Information?

Ans. To obtain warranty, Customer must register product warranty within Three months from date of Purchase on www.myelica.in and sign up and fill warranty registration form you will receive warranty registration number this number should be used for future communication. Or you may choose to fill the warranty registration form in this manual and courier us along with photo copy of Purchase invoice we will register the warranty & you will receive mail for Warranty registration number.

• To obtain installation /service or information, please contact : Elica PB India Private Limited , 37/1/1 Kondhwa Pisoli Road, Pisoli Pune 411060. Nation Wide Toll free # 1800 233 0007, or chargeable mobile number . email:customercare@elica.in website: www.elicaindia.com , www.myelica.in . You will receive instructions regards to your query.
• In case the product can be repaired at site the parts under warranty will be changed on free of cost basis but the cost to provide the services will be charged, subject to warranty registration is done within three months from Date of purchase.
• If the product is installed by Elica Authorised Service provider Visit charge of Rs. 350 /- will not be charged for a period of One year from date of Purchase. Incase Unauthorised Service provider has installed the product Visit Charge of Rs. 350/- will be charged to customer during warranty period & after warranty period for every complaint.
• To & Fro travel charge & other incidentals will be levied to customer if the area is out of municipal limits or in areas where Service Provider is not available.
