    This mail to notify you that I have received the wrong item. tracking id is WSPC1787300304. I have ordered a shirt (short color casual shirts) and I got two damaged shirts.

    After getting this package seems the seller is a fraud and this is not expected from Ekart service as it is a reputed company.

    As of now, It affects eKart services that it also involves with these spammers.
    To stop this kind of activity I have more options, I hope you got my point.

    I hope to get back to me as soon as possible to solve this issue.

    XMIP0013800921 unfortunately at the time of delivery I couldn’t get the OTP as my mob no was switched off.

  7. My parcel with tracking ID. FMPP0714284242. Has been at my hometown courier office but they didn’t deliver yet. So, I went myself to pickup my parcel yesterday and today also, but they say they can’t find my parcel. They had lost my parcel.. I request to search my parcel as soon as possible and deliver it. The courier members of our hometown are so careless and never do their work in time, please take some actions. Thank you.

I got a notification on my phone the my Flipkart Customer Care Number (09593536119)(18002081888) order is out for delivery so I call the number that came with numeric code and I talked to deliver boy, he said he is coming and disconnected the call so after sometime I called him back but this he was very rude, he shouted on me and treated me in a disgusting manner and told me not to disturb him and that he has other works to do
    Please take some hard action on this person

  14. Yesterday 6/2/21 one of ur executive from ekart came to my residence to give me a courier I asked him I dint get any tracking details how did u get the parcel.. He told I don’t know sir my duty is just to bring and give Wat ever parcel u have booked.. I got doubt that the parcel what he bought me was fake.. And my guess was true.. I had booked for a smart watch and I have received local 50rps playing watch inside the parcel.. It was shocking for me.. I had payed ur courier person by google pay by scanning of amount 1600 rps.. So irresponsible courier service by ur person and fraud parcel.. If I don’t get my refund back I will go to consumer court and file a case against the fraud parcel and ur courier service..how can u entertain such a fraud company and get wrong fake parcel without any knowledge..if he had send something harmful who is responsible for it.. Really bad service from ekart..i want serious response from ur courier service and as soon as earlier and solve this issue .. For proof of fraud done to me I had made a video also before opening parcel for proof bcoz I had doubt bcoz dint get any intimation or tracking before I get the fraud parcel..     My shipment AWB no – FMPC0960949788, Amount – 1549₹
    On behalf of Ekart logistics, a boy named Mahendra came to deliver the parcel, whose payment I had made through his app through UPI, I paid the link on the link he sent and the payment seemed to be approved but the delivery boy said The payment is not visible in our app right now, so I cannot give you this packet, tomorrow the payment will be approved, then I will give you the parcel tomorrow but from the next day they did not give any information nor payment refund came.
    Whatever problem your company has faced here is your own problem, but refund me my money, this is happening for the first time by eCart Logistics.

  42. Why are taking orders when you can’t deliver, every time I order something it will come to the nearest hub and then they will mark it as address pincode mismatch for no reason,even though the correct pincode is given. It’s about Manipal ,Udupi hub.
    Please resolve the issue, or just quit flipkart, let them hire some better courier company.
