4. Bull shit service I have a courier from delhi to Srinagar they haven't delivered it since 6th of july i called several times but they keep making excuses & sometimes they say it's wrong number & all i m getting is losing money on calls

Very bad experience with this courier i booked a parcel for jalandhar by air but after 3 days my parcel are not delivered & no communication no phone number of their branches.most 3rd class is there tracking system its not genuine its fake result…very bad they take huge charge like dtdc plus ,dtdc red ,etc but all is bull shit.

6. Recommend not to use.. they will not pick call also. 4 days simply my item was lying with madiwala office and not picking call also. Guven 30 call.

    The courier with Tracking No.: G90156983 / was to be delivered at the below address :

    This was given on 14th may BUT this never got delivered and it is 15 days now , had word with the one of your rep form Bangalore office (08030828704) ,who said the details are not updated in system even.

    I also called the numbers 080-33004444 for Bangalore Office in Bangalore but no one picks phone despite calling multiple times.

    This is pathetic customer Service, I need to know where is my package and when it will be delivered to me?

    @CALLINGALL: Guys high time! I Am planning some strict actions against these guys.. If anyone too wants to & you feel betrayed because of DTDC… Get in touch with me personally…

14. very bad service. My Consignment dated 19-05-2015 courier charge 270/- From Bhubaneswar to Gurgaon. Our courier is supposed to deliver up to evening of 20th May, 2015 or maximum by first half of 21st May, 2015; however our client company has not received yet, even the tracking status is not updated, I can only check the status upto May 20, 15 time 08.02 AM.

19. They show status as delivered, but the courier is not delivered. Very bad experience.

20. Wrost ever courier experience of my life, No one bothers to respond about the courier sent, not reached destination. Even the local couriers are far better than DTDC. Even the customer support people doesn't attends the calls.

The courier was received by Mr. Jeeva (0091 8973922556), as he told that he was not having the Airway bill and give it to me later after 2 hours at my residence, however even after several follow-ups till now it was not given to me. I have made more than 100 calls till yesterday and he was promising to handover the airway bill.

    I have sent an Demand Draft and paid him Rs 150 for the DTDC Plus courier and not having any confirmation that it will be delivered or he has sent the courier to the concerned person, its not yet delivered for 3 days.

27. DTDC is the most worst courier service in the world. One of my friend booked the consignment on 30.03.2015 from Bhiwandi, till date i have not received the courier. i am continuously trying to call to all the DTDC customer care numbers in India. But they have not answering even one phone call also. Branch peoples are also not responding properly.

    My sincere advise to DTDC…. please close the courier services… and sell popcorn packets in the public parks.

28. Very worst service. domestic courier (same state) didn't get delivered even after 5 working days. tried calling customer service but no response, couldn't track with the consignment number. NEVER USE DTDC service…

29. Very unruly courier persons. He came pressed the bell. I came and opened the door, he has left. I called him. I told him that he would have waited for reasonable time after pressing bell. He rudly replied that "I am not your father's servant".

    Its been more than 11 days when i placed an order on amazon which was supposed to be delivered by you people.
    Docket number is Z48457446.
    Whenever I am trying to track my courier on your website it is displaying delivered. Even i tried to contact you people on all available contacts but no one is responding. This is what you promise to deliver unsatisfied, poor and arogant services. Please if you guys have even a sense of customer satisfaction and feel anywhere responsible, contact me and let me know where the hell on earth is my courier.

40. We are really unsatisfied with your service.my Docket no:A31420054. we sent on 4thAPRIL,2015 of this month but today 16th. From ahmedabad to aandrapradesh it took 5 days to delivery. And ur k.p.das who franchize manager representative is not communicated with us about courier and they are unable to lift our calls also. Its very important cloth to be reached very urgently but we didn't get it. we really unsatisfied. kindly deliver the item.

My friend has delivered the parcel from vizag on Friday 13th 2015 to Bangalore but in the website it shows ..it is still in Hyderabad.I contacted Vizag office they said some problem in Hyderabad off so still it is not been delivered to Bangalore, so one parcel its taking more than a week but not yet delivered.All the customer care numbers are ringing but no one is not answering the call so its waste of time.

45. You people are worst than the India post and needs to be taken to task nobody cares to even answer the basic queries of customers. Phone numbers are not answered even of corporate office on 18th @ 1.45 pm I have tried from Mubai, Corporate office with all numbers but was not answered.

46. Your Fatorda franchisee is a lazy fellow he uploads parcel delivered without delivery and calls customers to take it from his office. He doesn't have delivery staff. this is second time I am facing problem with this fellow. If you don't take action on this front I will be forced to move consumer court against you as this is deficient service. Parcel with this no. M15436984 he uploaded as delivered on 16th but as of now i.e. on 18th till 1.35 pm it is not been delivered. This parcel was supposed to be delivered from Mumbai but I am waiting for this for last 15 days.

And ur representative is not communicated with us about courier and they are unable to lift our calls also. I've sent a courier to Goa verna industrial estate (pin # 403722), docket # B18306059 dt 22.1.15, but on 28.1.15 in your website status is shown as DELIVERED,., but concern person not received my courier. I've mention From & To address & contact numbers on the courier box, your DTDC people didn't make even a single attempt to make a call, they simple kept my courier with themselves. its really irresponsibility showing from you,., today means 06.02.15 they will handover my courier after make a call to Verna courier office (Office # 09422846474 Name- basavaraju) if I forget to cross check the docket number, what happened ? do you think u can enjoy other belongings ? this is not the service every can expect,., bull shit,.,.
