A sewer is overflowing in front of 19/231, J-block, west sagarpur, New Delhi-110046 from last three days. This can cause for dirt, bed smell, garbage, dengue etc. Please make it convenient.

Respected Sir,
This is to bring into your kind notice that I am the resident of 120 Bhai Parmanand Colony , near Dr. Mukherjee Nagar, NEW DELHI-110009. There is a blockage in sewer at the back side my house which leads to overflow of sewer water at the back side of house no.’s 89,Bhai Parmanand Colony (ground floor) to H No. 104 and from H No. 105 to H No. 120, Bhai Parmanand Colony, New Delhi-110009. The sewer water also comes out on the front roads which blocks the way for pesdestrials.
It has been around four months since this sewer is blocked due to the waste released and has resulted in accumulation of dirty water in the vicinity of my house. Due to this, there is increased chance of spreading several diseases like dengue, malaria and other health and hygiene concerns.
I sincerely request you to instruct the concerned department to inspect this place and take strict actions on this matter and if possible try to close this sewer.

I opinder kaul like to through our kind attention on pipe line issue. From last 2 years the work is going on in our colony but the work has not been completed so for .. from last three months sever line work has been started again the the concerned staff never take the work seriously our pipe line has been broken by swever line staff many times we do repair on our own before one week the water line has been broken again we request them many times that plz repair the pipe line and do the work properly but neither thy listen nor they care… From last three days we r not geting water from pipe line and we r not able to move out… We request plz take immediate action on this issue

We are facing the sewage overflow problem from last 7 Days, and after complaining and continuous follow-ups the problem still remain the same.
No one have arrived yet on the site and no action so far have been taken on ground, but yes off course on paper the problem has been resolved by the Delhi Jal Board and there appointed officers for the particular job, which we surely don’t know how it happens. From last 2 Month we are not receiving water supply we are staying on 2nd floor and there is no supply of water or i am getting a lot of work (1-2 Bucket) ,that smelly dirty water due to which we are forced to bring water far away.
But so far no action has been taken on my complaint, we are still making our living by filling water from far away places ,pleading with you to please work on my complaint and clear the water complaint as soon as possible.
It is a serious issue please take seriously and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Overflowing sewers, I have
booked complaint on May 03, 2021 at 1015AM at Trinagar Delhi-110035, office. The staff present assured me that we will send our team to unblock the sewer in Gali number 192 today.
But no one came till this date.
I would request the authorities to look into the matter and take action to unblock the sewers.

URGENT : COMPLAINT FOR INTERMIXING OF PORTABLE / TREATED WATER SUPPLY AND SEWAGE BEHIND HOUSE NO C-54, ANAND VIHAR, DELHI-110092.

Dear Sir/Madam,
1. It is stated that yesterday evening (20th Mar,2020 around 6pm), the DJB water supply was extremely dirty, filthy and stinking. By the time one could comprehend as to what was happening, the under-ground tank had already been contaminated!
2. On examination of the site – horrible state of affairs has come to light. It is learnt that the Sever Cleaning team was working close to this site 3-4 days back. They had perhaps cleaned some of the manholes which were overflowing in the neighbouring houses (in the service-lane) behind our house C-54, Anand Vihar.
3. The manhole just behind our house is still overflowing. That of course needs to be cleaned as soon as possible.
4. The horrifying information and observation is that “Sewage has leaked into the Water Supply – Gate Valve Chamber which is full of this sewage”.
5. The site needs to be visited by a senior DJB official urgently. Even if the sewer water has entered the water supply chamber, the sewage should still NOT be able to mix with the water supply. The fact that it is not a slight leakage getting sucked in during negative pressure(during non supply hours), but a major mixing between Water Supply & Sewage , the problem becomes Life Threatening and a Major Health Hazard. It clearly needs to be inspected by some senior competent engineer, identify the cause and then attend to this major fault at war-footing.
# Implication : Water Supply Line and UG water tank is FULL of SEWAGE !
Please send your Water Supply team AND Sewage Cleaning teams as soon as possible before this turns into a Breaking News for the media.
