  10. My complaint number CMPG 13000289339 dt.23.05.21. l have not yet received my electricity bill. My electricity meter showing 14096 units as consumed. This is an outstanding problem after installing smart meter in sector 4. Since then l am not receiving bills on time. Every time I have to visit Kadipur office and make complaint but of no use. As a result of which l have to pay heavy amount of the bill by taking loan from others. If this problem is not solved I shall be forced to take up this matter with higher authorities.

  11. Complaint number CMPG 13000289339 dt.23/05/2021 regarding non receiving of current electricity bill. However I am facing this problem every time for the last 1 year. Many time I visited Kadipur office but of no use. I given there written complaint. I may be guided where to complaint now.
