    My PAN: ADAPB0299B. I Submitted ckyc update form in December 2021. But KYC update was rejected as signature is missing on photograph on KYC form. Can I scan the KYC form and send to your mail id ? If so give your mail ID.

    This is in reference to the captioned subject and trailing mail. In this connection, it is to inform that I did Digital KYC with UTI (an Intermediary) on 14/8/20 (10 days back). As UTI has an association / tie up with you / CVL KRA so they forwarded it (my KYC documents, images) to you / CVL KRA for registration of my KYC and issuance of CKYC ID.
    However, it is to inform that my KYC process was started in 2012 by NDML KRA though it was not completed and remained incomplete / pending. So due to this, CVL KRA cannot do my KYC as it is already under the purview of NDML KRA. And the same status is also being shown by your website. PFA the status of my KYC as shown by the NDML and CVL websites for reference.
    Therefore, it is requested to forward / upload my KYC documents / images received from the intermediary (UTI) to the NDML KRA / its server. So that NDML KRA can process my KYC and then register it and issue me the CKYC ID, asap.
