Today, I did the online internet banking transaction for Property TAX of My tenements, INR Rs. 1804/- on ahmedabadcity.gov.in
As per this

I also received the mail from CCAVENUE
CCAVENUE Reference Number 110135668655 & Order Date 14/04/2021 23:16:54 that the transaction is successful.
My Bank also deducted the amount. But on the Ahmedabad web site it is showing failed. I want the receipt of payment.
Kindly look into and solve this issue as it is not updated on site why ????????????????

This is M.R.Madhan from Tambaram Chennai on Thursday (30/05/2019) I received call from a mobile number 8524997616 one Lady Spoke with me and said she is calling from SBI credit card division. Also she said that my credit card is going to be updated and she asked my credit card number for updation she also said that My credit card limit is going to be increased and 5000 creadit coins are going to be credited to my bank account as cash after some times the same lady called me and asked me to tell the OTP which i received to my registered mobile number i believed her statement and said 2 OTP to that lady, immediately i received 2 msgs stating that purchase at ccavene B2B for Rs.5000 two times after that msg only i got doubt about that call and tried to contact that number. But no response for my call still now i reported the same to SBI bank,SBI credit card head office ,they gave me an reauthorized code (T55214 @ T55437 ) for the transactions made by her.according to theirs tracing, that money is transfered to cc avenue wallet. the time of those 2 transaction are 12:01 pm @ 12:02 pm on 30/05/2019. that lady done the fraud transaction very intelligently using my credit card number and OTP @ my credit card NO.IS 5172 5273 1507 5062 .Kindly help me to get back my money at least if you tell me the account details ( to which that money is transafered from the wallet ) it will be very helpful to trace that person . also Kindly provide me the details of the person who is having the login in that phone number .
