BSRTC was created under the statutory acts of the Government of Bihar and became functional in 1950 after the state government nationalized earlier services. In a pioneering move, the corporation has entered into multiple agreements with Gireesh Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd (GIPL) to operate luxury coaches (Mercedes Benz & Volvo) covering cities within the state of Bihar as well as neighbouring states.
Connectivity
BSRTC traverses the length and breadth of Bihar and also connects commuters with West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Jharkhand. Premium Volvo air conditioned buses ply mostly in inter-state routes. There are eight routes between Bihar-Jharkhand, six routes between Bihar-Chhattisgarh and nine routes between Bihar-Odisha. Nine buses ply on four different routes between Patna and Jamshedpur, Patna and Ranchi, Gaya and Ranchi, and Gaya and Jamshedpur with new routes being added constantly.

Today the date is 30/07/2022 and the time is 9:00 pm. I have booked three tickets for patna from government depo but the bus conductor told us that they would give us ticket from Muzaffarpur government bus depo to patna government bus depo, but after reaching to Muzaffarpur then I saw that the government appointed conductor just giving the passengers to the private bus instead of giving to the government bus.
It is very hard to say that government officials not taking actions against them.
Then after I asked to the conductor about that then he replied me that it’s his own intentions it shows that he is the supreme
, In fact these corrupt conductors who are doing such bad criminal activities against passenger as well as government, this lead to very bad impression on the system.

Today I am travelling from patna to supaul bus service.mera ar more then 15 passengers ka ticc supaul ka tha but bus no 7540 jiske driver conductor sab mill kar dusre route k passenger ko isss bus m le kar route divert karke aaye hai, bus passenger se full karke ar hum logo ko iski koi jankari nahi di gai ki bus dusre route se jayegi.. Ar then hum logo ko night m bich raste m utar kar chale gaye, isss bus ka route chat hai patna bhaya supaul then saharsha, ar driving bhi bahut rough hai aaj 2 times accdient se bachi hai bus

@dmbhagalpur price of the ticket is taken more by the conductor the charage of bus from samali to bhagalpur day before yesterday it was 80 but not it is increased to 90 . So please take regarding action against this misbahavior

गाड़ी नंबर BR01PF 1224 के चालक द्वारा महिलाओं पर गलत नजरिया से अभद्र टिप्पणी करने के संबंध में।
महाशय सेवा में सब निवेदन पूर्वक सूचित करना है कि गाड़ी नंबर BR01PF 1224 पर दिनांक 26/03/2022 दिन शनिवार को सैदपुर से मुजफ्फरपुर यात्रा करने के लिए के लिए एक महिला ने उक्त गाड़ी में सवार हुई और सीट नहीं होने के कारण उक्त महिला को ड्राइवर के केबिन में उप चालक के कहने पर बैठ गई। कुछ ही दूरी यात्रा करने के उपरांत उक्त गाड़ी नंबर के ड्राइवर द्वारा उस महिला के साथ गलत नजरिया से असभ्य भाषा का टिप्पणी किया गया। महिला द्वारा कुछ समझाने पर चालक द्वारा बार-बार गलत नजरिया से देखा जा रहा था। उक्त महिला द्वारा कुछ दूरी की यात्रा करने के उपरांत अपने आप को सुरक्षित ना समझते हुए गोपालपुर में ही उक्त गाड़ी से उतर गई। उसके बाद भी उक्त चालक द्वारा लगातार गलत टिप्पणी की जा रही थी। मेरे द्वारा मुजफ्फरपुर बस स्टैंड इमली चट्टी में पता लगाए जाने पर चालक का नाम चंदन कुमार पिता गौरी शंकर ठाकुर ग्राम बसवा थाना औराई है जोकि मुजफ्फरपुर डुमरी रूट में बस चलाता है और नूरन में आरएमएस द्वारा कार्यरत है। अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि इस विषय पर संज्ञान लेते हुए और अपने स्तर से जांच करते हुएअभिलंब उक्त गाड़ी नंबर के चालक को चालक पद से ही निष्कासित किया जाए ताकि भविष्य में कोई भी महिला अपने आप को असुरक्षित महसूस ना कर सके। उस गाड़ी के चालक ने उस महिला को गलत तरीके से अभद्र टिप्पणी की गई जिसका इस समाज में कल्पना करना भी सामाजिक स्तर पर दंडनीय अपराध है।
मेरे द्वारा इस बात की जानकारी लिखित रूप से मुजफ्फरपुर के डीएम साहब आशीष कुमार पांडे जी को दी जा चुकी है जिस पर अभी तक किसी प्रकार की कोई भी कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है।
