Where can I complain against BSES Rajdhani?
BSES Rajdhani Consumers can now call on their round-the-clock customer care number, which is 39999707 for BSES Rajdhani Power limited (BRPl) and 39999808 for BSES Yamuna Power limited (BYPl).
For sending complaints through SMS, a message can be sent at 5616107 (BRPl) or 5616108 (BYPl).
Apart from this, people can also call at 399999707 (BRPl) or 39999808 (BYPl) from a registered contact number and lodge their grievance through its IVRS system, said a BSES spokesperson.

Dear Sir, I had applied change name request on meter on 01/03/2021 and i did successfully uploaded my document on online portal and i have recived my reference no. and it was mention that bses will take 2 month for this process and you can check your status after one month on online portal. when i checked my staus onlne portal there is no staus i had received then i called to customer care they are giving me different statement one person is says your document is not cleared nd other one is says your document is not self attested and other one says your sign is mismatched no one is giving me write answer what is exactely mistake they are not able to resolve my problem and after that my status is showing peding. I have tried again upload my document online BSES portal then it will show DSS order is already open for buisness parter nd i can,t upload my document then i called to customer care for cancellation for own old order but they are not able to cancell my order they always says we have raise a request on behalf of you it will cancel within 7 days but after 7 days i have checked it will remain same…so please help me i had facing this peroblem 7 month but BSES excecutive are not able to my resolve my problem this is very shameful for BSES Customer support team….i request ypu pls help me and cancelled my DSS old order i am thankful to you..
