If a product is defective and damaged, you will eligible to make a warranty claim as part of your consumer rights. Boult Audio warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year commencing from the date of your original purchase.
The product may be replaced depending upon the nature of the defect, however, if the defect is minor and of repairable nature, then the product will be sent for repair. The issue has to be reported to boult Customer Service team at +91 9555602502 (8:00 a.m to 8:00 pm/7 days a week), or by writing to us at info@boultaudio.com. The request will, however, be entertained once they have checked and determined the defect. Any such defect should be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the product(s).
