I have not received my parcel science it’s about a month
My wayBill No 16229413992 dt 16/05/2022 has not been received and I have tracking my parcel it’s status showing “Consignee’s address incomplete / incorrect. The service is very worst without prior intimation of the customer/ undelivery my parcel, uploaded these type of status online. You are requested to look my matter and handed over my parcel today without any delay .
I got a call from delivery boy for my credit card delivery and he took my number and he told me that my address is wrong yto correct the address he asked me pay 6 rupees and as he said I paid after that my account got debited in every minute and after he debited 50000/- from account he delivered by my credit card.

my sister had sent an office laptop from your branch at Manipal to Bangalore.
The laptop was working fine and was sent to my office as asset handover.
While sending to Bangalore during transportation the laptop was damaged. Screen is broken.
The cost to repaire is 24000Rs.
Now I am not getting proper response from your team regarding claiming the insurance.
Please help me get the repaire cost.
Detailed Explaination.
I wanted to send the laptop to Bangalore.
Check with 3 courier agency regarding the charges.
Bluedart = Roughly with Insurance charge = total 17000
DTDC Courier = 700 + insurance (3% of laptop value = 3% of 30,000 = 900 ) = 1600Rs
Professional courier = 750 + Insurance (3% of laptop value = 3% of 30,000 = 900 ) = 1650Rs
Since we were getting good service from BlueDart since long time we went to BlueDart courier.
We requested for laptop delivery. Had been with all packaging materials. (We had not packed the laptop, it was packed by Rohit(Rohit@bluedart.com), an employee of BlueDart).
The bill was delivered. Since we didnt know much about insurance and other things we taught bill included insurance. and that was also conveyed by your employee that laptop was insured.
Now the laptop was received by Bangalore office. Upone opening it they called immediately saying laptop screen is broken.
We asked Bluedart team regarding the issue.
Rohit and his collegaures started argueing that it couldnot be faulty.. But after showing the images shared by receiver they started saying wage stories like Bluedart doesnt have any insurance for any of its courier.
We raised a complaint. and then Anitha(AnithaLD@bluedart.com) was our point of contact. Since she was on leave Suman(KSuman@bluedart.com) and SVenkatesh(SVenkatesh@bluedart.com) replied back saying they met the receiver and laptop was fine , and receiver was not having any problem with it. hence trying to close the issue. We contacted the receiver and they informed that no one had come to office and they were not ok with the condition of laptop.
After further asking for proof that suman had been to receiver location. They didnt reply yet. Please take strict action against these 2 employees of yours./ Do all the necessary investigation.
Now coming to the point. we received a quote from the receiver (my employeer )that the amount is 23900 Rs to fix the issue.
Now we recieved a mail from your team that , it was a mistake of your employee My Rohit@bluedart.com (Rohit) of giving wrong information to customers and charging wrong amount. Please take strict action against him as well./ Do all the necessary investigation.
Now coming to the point. After lot of follow up. We are informed that Insurance was not done by your employees. Anyways bluedart is responsible for 5000Rs irrespective of insurance is made or not. We will be taking this amount.
But who is responsible for the remaining 19000Rs. Why should we pay for the issue done by your employees.
Please make some arrangement for the remaining money.
We are very serious on this issue and not going to leave the issue.
Please get it to all level of your management team and get back to us with full repaire amount.
And kindly share the proof(link and screenshot) from your website, where you mention that there is no insurance for used laptop. If such conditions are there.
Its a waste of time energy and money.We are not ok with such patethic service.
please train your employees.
we didnt ask for priority shipment.
3 types of booking as per Bluedart website
1. Document costing roughly 3150 for the same package.
2. Air Package costing : 1632 (we never asked for this shipment). We asked for normal delivery with insurance.
3. Ground pakage costing : 786 . This is what we requested with insurance . Totalling roughly 1800Rs.
We are not aware on what type of insurance was done for this shipment.
But please give us the 23900Rs costing to repaire.
