Consumer ID 101343386 Maine Kal 200 ka recharge ky recharge successfully raha but mere bihar bijli app m show nhi hua aur light kaat diya gya tha waha gye toh bola gya feer se recharge kriye toh aa jyga feer 2000 ka kiye toh ye aa gya but 200 nhi aya bijli office m koi sahi Jankari nhi dete h bijli bill bhi jyada aata h pls solve kriye problem m.no 6201543100

Smart meter me humne kal 400 ka recharge kiya tha jo ki mere -205 rupye tha jab humne recharge kya to use mera jo tha -205 kata or available balance 195 aaya tha but us k next day me fir -96 ho gaya or light v kat gaya tha humne toll free number par call karte hai 1912 par uske baad humne 4 dabaaya tha uske baad hune wetig kiya 1 ghante tak to koi baat nahi ho paya please help me .jab jab – me recharge kar rahe hai extra balance kat ja raha hai aisa q mera back dues v hai 8547.but daily arrears 30 balance kat Raha hai.please help me..🙏
