Bajaj Finance committed to resolving your queries/issues within ten working days. If you do not hear from Bajaj Finance within this time, or you are not satisfied with our resolution of your query, you can write to his Grievance Redressal Email Support at grievanceredressalteam@bajajfinserv.in.
The Grievance Redressal Officer investigates problems/issues raised by our customers and provides an impartial resolution.
