I have purchased Auagaurd water purifier in last week. The very next day we observed that it is leaking. Itried to contact customer care number it never worked. I have sent a mail registering my complaint and they havealloted service person. The service paerson refused to visit and attend as the area do not belongs to him.I have again registered complaint but till no No one has come and attended. I requested for replacement but no reply.
The only option Ihve left is register a complaint in the consumer forum for getting replacement for the defective Piece.

After sales service is very worst. They don’t care customers. 3 years back I purchased RO green. I asked for routine service. A person came and changed all the 3 filters and charged Rs.3750/- After service there was a leakage from inlet. I showed him. He put one small clamp and it stopped immediately. He has gone. After few hours started leaking heavily. I put off switch and drained all water from acquaguard, apart from closing inlet tap. Still it is draining drop by drop. I made complaints several times, nearly more than 50 calls and innumerable messages. Repairer not caring. Even the Customer care people ask for mobile number. Afterwards, no action. Now, they are refusing calls from my number by disconnecting the call. Nobody is bothered for customers. They concentrate only on new customers for sales!. Absolutely no service commitment after sales. Very careless and worst company. While buying products of this company please be careful.
very worst service for amc at salem tamil nadu. money minded my cell no 9443289022 . our complaint is that our RO pump was leaking instead of changing the pump they wrapped up the pump with waste clothe for temparary relief. but since they did it the adapter soaked in wet clothe and the unit got completely spoiled. our service centre didnt care for it. they reply to us carelessly. we are ur customer for the past twenty five years but this service centre is very very worst. we have decided to take this to consumer court

I purchased Megna model on 25/12/2014, i have been told that we will get first two services free..but till date we got only 1 service, recently our aquagaurd stop working suddenly so i contacted to customer care they assured giving service in a day but failed, since than i have contacted them atleast 5 times everytime i got the same reply but everytime they failed to do so.request no. are- 0085568840 on 6th Dec, 0085608927 on 9th feb, 0085655420 on 12th feb, cust id is- 1011696541. still waiting for the service.
