    I’m Ishwor pariyar from Nepal. I work in the Keita catering LLC in uae Al ain. Sir few month ago I came vacation in my country when I came here unfortunately I listed my etisalad sim card which is have registered in the vaccination card and Al hosan app. Now when I try to open Al hosan app It’s showing me OTP code one time but I already lost my sim card now I should be returned uae but I can’t travel without vaccination certificate with Qr code so sir how can I get this certificate with in barcode I mean Qr code I hope you will reply my massage.     Only received 2 doses of the synopharm vaccine on January 21,2021 (1st dose) and February 13, 2021 (2nd dose) but it appears on my alhosn account that I took another first dose on January 20, 2021. The reason why I can’t take my booster dose even after 6 months as required. Kindly update my account and delete the first dose on January 20 as I didn’t take that shot.

  22. It seems all the complaint here is similar ..The date of my vaccination is completely wrong and incomplete . To make it worse the passport number is wrong on the app . Im flying to New Zealand today and have spent the entire time to get this error corrected however its never been resolved ,

    Ive sent email to the email mentioned here but like everybody else it simply got rejected

    I received a 2 dose vaccine ,my first vaccine date is march 15, second vaccine date is ,5 april 2021.then i create my profile on Al Hosn app, but app showing my second dose as first dose.please update my vaccine details as soon as possible for‘green pass’ restrictions.     I would like to request you that I took only 1st covid-19 vaccine (sinopharm) in 17th January 2021, but sorry to say that unfortunately, i can’t take my 2nd dose bcoz i was worked in night shift at ADNOC site ruwais, i want to humbly request you to plz cancel my 2nd dose which is showing in Alhosn app.
    Today, i went ghayathi hospital for covid-19 vaccine, but doctor said, first you send request/mail at Alhasn help centre for cancellation of 2nd dose of vaccine & when you got cancellation msg then you will get 1st & 2nd dose of vaccine (sinopharm) again.

    Emails get bounced back with Inbox full error.

    I have taken both the dose of Sinopharm covid 19 vaccine at MOHAP VDTC Health care center (Dubai World Trade Centre).
    I took my first dose on 10-MAR-2021 and second dose on 12-Apr-2021 but still on ALHOSN app it’s not reflecting my second dose. Picture of ALHOSN app also attached

    Send mail to Al hosn , Weqaya and MOHAP many time since two months but there is no response. Also there is no response on landline or whatsapp number.

    Visited MOHAP vaccination center and they confirmed me that they have both dose info about me in their system and I need to check with Al Hosn only and only they can help me.

    Stuck in this situation for past 2 months , now even company is asking vaccination proof.

    Please help me.

    I have had my covid test on 14/06/2021 showing the negative result that should give me green pass for 1 week. Instead it got removed after 3 days only !!!.

  68. This app is not sufficient to facilitate the government mandates. It does not upload onto my phone, and for many others it gives false readings of Covid-19 status. However, the most unconscionable issue of all is that the customer service line is of absolutely no use; no one answers the calls — regardless of which options are selected! As a result, despite my negative status, I am unable to enter the malls to buy groceries for my family.

These days my app is turning green to gray in three days because of the non reflection of my vaccination.     My wife completed both doses of Pfizer BioNTech vaccine at One Central Vaccination centre on 9th and 30th March.
    But in AlHosn App it is showing only one dose and on 2nd dose date(30-Mar) showing as 1st dose.
    I tried to call 8004676- only Voice mail.
    Sent mail to info@alhosnapp.ae and mail bounced back with message that recipient mail box is full.

The email box is full, the calls are constant recordings, and there is nowhere else to go and get your issue resolved. Just try and contact them and you will find the same issues. Very poor customer support services and leaves a lot of people very frustrated and venerable. This poor support also leave the question as to how true the website is?……and should someone more reliable be trusted with the population Covid data monitoring to aid recovery?

Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.” How is it that you provide support if I cant contact anyone, maybe you’ll get this email. My Al Hosn app does not load on my iPhone . I’ve reinstalled it multiple times, rebooted my phone many times, and it continues to freeze at a blank screen. Sometimes I get as far as entering my id and phone number but then the app encounters connectivity issues (every time) to verify my credentials before it freezes. I checked my connections, they are fine. I have done 2 doses and none is reflecting in my report card !

    I am Mohamed Azam, I have done the both Vaccine but I didn’t get update from Al Hossn, I have took SPUTNIK V Vaccine and my 1st dose held on 09/03/21, after itzact 21 days I done the 2nd dose as well. I already spoke to tamouh health care center where I took the Vaccine regarding this issue they advised that our we already updated remaining al hossn need to update.
    Furthermore, I have been trying to contact you via WhatsApp and customer care care but all are in vain.
    Please take my complaint seriously and update the my details ASAP or else atleast attend our calls resolve my issue.
    Don’t give poor service and irresponsible to me.

    I have tested negative UNILABS Abudhabi on 27/04/2021 and travelled to dubai while I am coming back , In gantooth police checked and the result was not updated in AL hosn app while showing the link that send from UNILABS they informed that they will not consider that .
    While explaining that to the police they issue a fine of 500 AED for me !
    Seeking kind update to clarify since it is not my mistake and the police is not ready to listen in 2 mnts time they fines me and send me back to dubai .

    and the 2nd dose is showing 28 march
    on alhosn app showing my first dose on 28 march
    so now what to do ! i hace sent emails to you and to DHA and called you all no asnwers.

    • may be you go back to the hospital where you got vaccinated on one of your off day ask them to speak direct to some one at let them print out a vaccination cert for so at least you have some thing to show when required. i must tell you though that the whole of May till date i am not working because my client needs my results every after 10days with the E- vaccine reflected on it which i dont have. I took my first doze in Jan this year and second in Feb and till now nothing. as per the hospital all my data is with al hosn long time. am planning to go to the hospital and i will not leave until i am helped because i have lost a lot….let police come get me from there. For sure i am not working because of this issue.

    • We have the same issue. I reported to Weqaya as well, sent an email to Alhosn as well but NO action! I started sending my complaint to Weqaya on April 12. They said it be handled on April 15. But until today, there is no action and still not fixed.

      Alhosn number to call is not working!

      Who can help? and How can we get a vaccination certificate if the information is incorrect
