Please Note: Installation & Demo within first 15 days of purchase will be free of cost and after this period customer has to pay for the installation. This is applicable only for one visit of Installation & Demo in first 15 days.
What is included in this service?
- Wall-mounting or tabletop installation service (Wall-mount brackets are not included unless already provided with product)
- Connecting your existing set-top box, stabilizer, etc.
- Giving a demo of product features and settings
How will I know if any additional material is needed?
Before the installation expert makes a visit (as per your selected slot) he will call you to assess site readiness and inform you of any additional material(s) needed. A secondary check may me be made onsite during the appointment.
If needed, how will I get the additional material?
The installation expert can arrange for additional material required, give you an invoice or receipt for it, and collect payment from you as per the invoice or receipt. Alternatively, you could arrange for the material yourself prior to the installation appointment.
