I had ordered a mobile phone from Amazon on 31 March 2021 . The details are given below.
I’m an advocate and my primary use with the mobile phone is to talk with my clients and if required, record the conversation for later reference. I came to know (only after purchasing the mobile phone from Amazon) that the recording feature has been changed in the new Android version. (When the recording is enabled during a call, then a voice message is heard in the background that the call is being recorded). This was not mentioned anywhere in the product page on Amazon.
I had another issue faced with the mobile phone which is the coverage issue. The network signals are not being captured by the phone properly, and some hanging and heating problem too.
I tried to return the phone and either get my money back or get another phone with a lower Android version as an exchange. But both the options are not available as per the Amazon customer care. As an Amazon customer, I would like you to look into this issue and provide a solution at the earliest.
