I Have booked ravigo to transfer my bike from pune to agra and ravigo takes 9 days to deliver but they promised to deliver within 5 days.
After 9 days consignment delivered but with damaged condition. They take extra money for packaging loading unloading unpacking but I have to unpack and unload also they guaranteed that bike will not damaged not even a single scratch but bike received in a damaged condition. (DAMAGED AMOUNT 5000)
My consignment has been booked from Kozhikode to Bhimavaram. when it reached to Hyderabad Hub. I called your customer executive to hold the consignment at Hyderabad Hub. so that I can collect it from hyderabad hub. But your logistic head after informing him to hold the consignment at Hyderabad. He still send the consignment to rajamundry. It’s been one month still my consignment has not reached to hyderabad.
Your customer service are even not responding or not giving any proper data of the consignment.

Till today that is 06/08/2020 consignment has not been delivered at Hyderabad

my consignment no 8001289064 booked on 30/6/2020 has not reached its destination till today.While tracking it is showing at hub at delhi from last 20days.In spite of my direct call to my booking point no action is being taken to deliver my goods.
This I request to take necessary step and deliver my goods at destination at earliest.
No response from rivigo services. It’s worst service of rivigo courier. I didn’t get my courier.
