This two orders till not shipped. Maxbhi said reason “It is due to the unforeseen circumstances because of the Corona virus pandemic and immense human resources shortage.”
But, 10th June 2021 Order #3417384, Glue Adhesive Gum for Panasonic Eluga icon (LCD, Frame & Touch Pasting) – 50ml. are delivered.(Ordered item for moto g5s)
How it possible.

All online shoppers, if not able to ship the product cancelled the order them selves and refund money within 48 hours . But Fraud maxbhi are in silient mode
On 05.06.2021 Order #3392680 Battery for Samsung Galaxy A50 are delivered on 12.06.2021.
It is wrong, damaged and unsuitable for my mobile. Totally different with photo shown by maxbhi.
So, I tried to cancel my two orders and return to one order. But no option in maxbhi web page.
So, I sent this (cancel and return) matter to info@maxbhi.com on 13.06.2021. But, no use till.
In same time, My return request conveyed by replace option . maxbhi display the message from 13.06.2021. “We have received your request and it is in process. Someone from our replacement specialist team will contact you soon regarding the same.”
“Some one” asked some photos of their useless product. I sent on 22.06.2021.
But, there is no response from your side. This process going over two weeks.
Once again I ask maxbhi to refund my money. cancel my two orders and get reverse pickup by one order.

It is maxbhi careless.

I order through Maxbhi, and maxbhi delivered wrong product. Upon enquiry they told to request for replacement through their portal. As I requested claim was approved but they want me to put more money and send the wrong product to them by courier. Upon asking .. why I need to pay more because of maxbhi fault.. they replied it is our policy..
So beware before ordering.. if maxbhi delivers wrong product then you have to pay more to get right product also there is no compensation for time lost..
I tryed to register and place an order but looks you can do it only if you have an indian number despite the product appeats me in my local currency. The website redirect me always in same page and mail reject a in suspicious way.
