I have purchased the Boult Audio Air Bass free Pods Bluetooth headset on 10.06.2021 from Flipkart vide Invoice No.FAAXNJ2200622521 dated 06.06.21 Order Id OD221982221665674000 on 10.06.2021. which was covered under one year warranty at the time of purchase. However, after two months of moderate use, one of the earphone stopped working and the back up also become irregular. So I contacted the Boult customer care and as per their instructions I sent back the bluetooth headset to them for repair/replacement on 24.08.2021{Case Ref. No.00247608; Ticket ID: 00247608}. The same was returned to me by the company on 06.09.2021 vide their e-mail stating that the Bluetooth set is repaired/replaced and sent through courier. However, to my utter surprise I found that I received back the same set without any repairs/reconditioning and I am compelled to use the faulty Bluetooth set which covered under one year warranty. This is actually cheating the customers even in this pandemic situation by collecting their hard earned money. Now what I can expect from the company? What I can do.
