my usage is very limited,moreover,due to a main line drainage work in my area prevented me to take my vehicle out….yesterday when i took out in the night,within few distance ,the low beam filament of my headlamp was out…..normally,we all know that LED bulbs have more life.since there is no warranty for headlamps,you should have used a better quality one…..even though without a warranty.your PORUR dealer Mr Karthik had given me a replacement from his own pocket….really a good gesture….please look into the quality of your product…till now I have no other complaints about the performance of the scooter….hope you will correct these things in the future editions…DINESH C…..9381019860

I purchased your product mentioning above on 10-Nov-2021. During the time of delivery the dealer suggested for a protective guard on the back and front of the vehicle.They called again and again and I paid for the same (Rs:2500)
After 2 days the dealer called me and said the vehicle guard is ready and come for the installation.As per dealer’s instruction I went to their service center.At first day the service personnel s refused to install guard because of their work load.They suggested me to come next day.On the next morning I produced the vehicle to the service center at 9.15am.Till 11.30 they will not attend the vehicle and done nothing.Also they misbehaved against me.They shouted against me many times.
At 11.30am they attend the vehicle and fixed a incorrect/mismatch/faulty guard to my scooter.So many welded joints are their in that guard.When I am trying to complaint about this the staffs shouted at me and threaten me.
I payed the amount in advance and didn’t got any good service or product.Also service staff treat me like a begger or something.What a pathetic situation is this? Advance payment deserves good service or cheating with faulty product and threat?
If you value your customer take necessary actions as early as possible.

I purchase Ampere Reo and facing lot off issue with battery.
Service engineer came for check but at the time of check he cut all new wiring and managed for old type battery wiring.
At last they replace new battery with old virsion.
Now once qgain ww are facing same issue with battery amd no solution only they charge and return to us.
