Neviem sa spojiť s centrum pomoci pre zákazníkov a potrebujem odoslať doklad ,že mi nebol tovar doručený .Na číslo objednávky 8148698819934823 – podacie číslo :RG000751954CN bola zadaná nesprávna adresa a nemám ani náhradu 90,57 € ani tovar , zásielka bola vrátená predajcovi.Spor je ukončený , predajca mi už neodpovedá a centrum pomoci mi server ukazuje error.Môžete mi prosím vás nejako pomôcť kde mám odoslať potvrdenie od prepravcu ,že mi zásielka nebola doručená. I have detailed below the sequence of events that led to the failed delivery of my package.
The reason was, (according to Australia Post)the incorrect addressing of the package.
As AliExpress was the shipping agent, surely this is your mistake which I hope you will eventually correct.
AliExpress class the package as “Delivery Successful”, which of course is incorrect.
No notification of failed delivery or card left at my address. No signature of delivery.
Package now returned to WAREHOUSE SHENZHEN I assume.
Initially proof of payment, from your confirmation email.
Payment successfully made
