Is t here an option or detail report to view Net profit after GST and transport charges calculated or applied on each product ?
please advice how
Just to be clear, GST amount is included and part of purchase invoice where as transport charges are separate invoice i.e not included
in the purchase invoice as it receives from trasport services.
How do i link transport charges (invoice) with corresponding purchase invoice to find out exact Net profit of individual product after
GST and transport charges ? pls advice as its very urgent to avoid rework, due to number of entries already entered in the tally software.

We are 140 years old Registered Public Charitable Trust, NGO at Nasik.
Our activities sheet is attached herewith.
We have Tally Software License No.772124157 Gold ERP 9 Multiuser.
We want our old original /non edited items to remain as it is either edited / non edited, as there is no auto trace or auto backup or copy of each entry available thereof.
During year 2018-19 we have observed some donation entries are deleted by the admin. No image copy or backup of deleted entries are available in our Tally Software.
Till date the aforesaid case of donation we don’t know about donations received, from whom it is received, date & time of donation received..
Non availability of auto backup /copy of deleted entries is probably encouraging fraud or manipulation of entries, accounts or disruption or blackmailing by employees or those working on Tally Software.
Tally software should enable keeping auto backup etc. of old,edited,discarded, cancelled entries.
Kindly inform what you can do regarding this? If already done please inform under what part of the software the same feature/facilities are available & from where it can be found?
If said facilities are not available how it will be incorporated & by what way it can be activated / seen.
We look forward to the aforesaid features incorporated urgently in the interest of owners using Tally software.
