Am looking for LICHFL loan .but, I heard that some of your agents in Hyderabad are charging hidden fees to the customers. Like, managing the technical people while the loan amount slab releases, customers are forced to manage them with unofficial amounts. Is this correct? After loan sanction , will the LICHFL stop the further remaining loan amount in case of any deviation in construction?

Yes, agent take extra charges. I have paid 3,000 rupees (he said need to do some legal charges) as i was in need of money i agreed and paid…
Moreover they deliberately select the long period for loan amount i have ask for 5 years tenure, but once approved it was 10 year. when i checked he said if something happen emergency safer side he selected 10 years tenure… then i came to know about his commission part was the actual reason.
