    Cost of the laptop 36990/- paid amount through Bajaj finance EMI 6months.

    I have received the Laptop on 20th July 22 at 8:30-08:45pm, order Number or Tracking Number : 407-0714068-8023524.

    We requested the laptop delivery executive to open and show the laptop before handing it over but he didn’t show it and after waiting for five minutes we took it again for we trust Amazon.

    We have open the laptop on 21st July 22 at 06:13 pm onwards, we have switch on the laptop but screen not coming, I think it is new laptop so there is no battery backup. so i had connect the power cable. then it was on.

    Then I have complete the installation process. few minutes i have checked battery percentage but battery showing 0%.

    i continue charging 2hrs but battery level is 0%.

    i am shocked about it, immediately checked the battery status: The Battery is reporting a failure and needs to be replaced as soon as possible your battery may be covered by you HP warranty, please contact HP. 6E10G8-B1JB6A-MFPX01-C0BN23.

    After checking I have informed to Customer care on 21st July 22, but they are suggesting laptop inspection service, date given 23rd July 22 but they are not coming.

    We waited for the inspection executive to come but the inspection did not come within the given time.

    We will call and inform the customer care that the inspection executive did not come and the customer care confirmed that they will replace my order.

    The replacement order date was given on 25th july 2022 but they did not delivery on the given time we waited till 26th 27th 28th 29th August 22.

    We called the customer care again as the replacement order was not received, the customer care executive connected the phone to their supervisor Sravani.

    Customer care supervisor Ms Sravani garu said your order can’t be delivered anymore we will take return your original order and refund your amount.

    Sravani madam gave a schedule to take the return of the original product on the 02 August 22 at morning 7am to 7pm, but none of their Amazon executives, Pickup agent came to pick it up.

    Many times we have contacted (from 21st July 22 to 26th August 22) customer care and through Amazon mobile application social media and twitter for return pick up but they are giving schedule but no action.

Sabh se ghatiya retailer hain ye… I purchased HDD from amazon for my organization and i want GST no. on the original invoice but they are not responding and even they are not providing me the return policy… I got their number from Google to contact but again they are not picking up the call… Many to the emails i sent even they are unanswered…. I recived the package on time but as it was gift to my Friend for his marriage i gifted him the set on 13 Dec on the reception day on 14Dec night when he opened the box he didnt find the microphone.   78. My order number 408-5249345-6014753, bought airpods from amazon.in sold by Appario Retail Private Ltd on 20.10.2019. as there was a technical problem, i have taken to Aprtonix. They requested to provide invoice and i have provided the same. They told it will take 10 days as they have to give for product replacement under warranty. After a day they informed me by calling over phone that as there is no serial number of the product we cannot proceed further for replacement under warranty. Request Appario Retail Private LTD to resolve the issue.

    Require your help with my Marshall III wired headphones. The official India website directed me to buy the product from Amazon India. The product was delivered on August 9. Have barely used the headphone 5-6 times since the purchase and now the left earpiece stops working randomly day before. These are an expensive pair of headphones for me and for them to not work within a month is beyond depressing. 🙁

    Since they are barely used, it is in mint condition.No physical damage whatsoever. Attaching pictures for your reference. Please have these exchanged. I would deeply appreciate your support here. Tried contacting the your customer care number but no one is answering also there is no email address hence reaching out to you here hoping to find a solution to this issue.

    Is is extremely distressing to mention that, Casio CT-X9000IN 61-Key Portable Keyboard (Black) vide my Amazon ORDER # 402-9244313-4459569 , had arrived at Nabinagar today, However ECOM Representative instructed me to send my vehicle to their ECOM office(about 26KM from my premise) to collect the parcels(cited at Ref#1&2) , My order being Door delivery basis, i have requested them to deliver it to me at my premise gate.

    ECOM Courier boy further argued that vehicle is not in E-COM’s scope. Moreover on the order tracker, they have up-loaded ” DELIVERY ATTEMPTED” which isn’t true and is quite unethical.

    Same is not only shocking but also humiliating for me.

    May plz look into the matter for an immediate delivery.

  95. I’m having difficuilty is purchasing the apple air pods pro from your seller page on amazon. Upon adding the item to my cart it shows that some items in your cart cannot be delivered to this location. I tried to place order with multiple addresses even between states. None of them seem to work. I,ve tried to place an order for different products from the same seller and that works fine. So this issue persists only with this particular product. Also, my location is not a rural location. I’ve purchased hundreds of products through amazon with the same address. Please get in touch with me if you have a solution.

    This is to bring in your notice that I have purchased Amazfit Bip Lite smart watch from Amazon dealer- Appario Retail Pvt. Ltd. on September 29, 2019 Order no. 404-5590460-4800342. Past one week, I am facing problem in this watch, my watch turned off while I was changing watch face, till it’s not turned on. I put it on charging as well but it’s not charging anymore.

    As I read Amazfit Support comment on the site, I also kept it untouched for 24-48 hours to let the battery drain and then charge to see but still it’s not working.

    I hold the power button for 30sec as well but no display comes on.

    It has not even completed 9 months from the date of purchase. I request you to kindly replace the watch or resolve the issue. Herewith i am attaching the relevant documents for your reference.

    Please help me in this regard. I also registered my complaint in Amazfit Support, They revert kindly contact seller for replace or repair.

  107. Ordered Vivo V 15 Pro on 2nd of july, 2019 and that should be delivered by yesterday but still I didn’t receive. Also, don’t have any updates about the same. Yesterday, received OTP and agent no. (which was landline no.), but could not get call connected. today morning received another OTP and Landline no of the same agent, trying to call since morning but the call was disconnected by the delivery agent again and again. At 3:15, they picked up call but they don’t have my packet and they don’t have any information where is my packet. I am really fed up with your delivery service.This isn’t the level of service I expected from your end. I want my order asap and I would like to lodge a formal complaint
